First time buy it’s too small. But you can’t just get a refund and reorder you have return and get store credit but I have no idea how to redeem that store credit. Can’t call sent email waiting. Meanwhile prices go up 20%. One and done for me

Bad sizing, if you order in the USA you are going to get European size, they will NOT give your Money back, plus you have pay shipping for return, and then to exchange you have to pay again for shipping and taxes, the quality of the cargo bids are not that good, better off getting it here with a local manufacturer

Ordered 3 items in a size (I always order) that were all too small. I ordered the same size from a competitor and had no size problems. I tried to return and was only offered a credit. I don't want a credit I want my money returned. Despite explaining the ACCC legislation to them (they have to offer a full refund) they have not offered me a return. Emails are rude, Cowboys! stay away.
