Amazing service from Zak and his team ! We tried to sell our house with several agents but to no avail we were just ready to give up when we found Zak ! Our house had been on the market for 5 years on and off previous within a week of finding Newtonfallowell we had sold our house finally !!! Amazing smooth process and couldn’t recommend them enough !! Big thank you to you all !

Excellent Rental Agency

I have used Newton Fallowell for over 20 years as a letting agent for my property in Leicester.Never once in all those years have they let me down. I always get prompt replies to my emails and phone calls.If they is any problem with my property they inform me immediately and go out of their way to assist with resolving any issues with the house. I would highly recommend Remi and the team there to anyone needed a local rental agency.

Not overly impressed

They handled the sale of my house, which went to OK, albeit painfully slow, especially given the fact it was a cash transaction, due mainly in part to the in-house solicitors they placed us with - complete muppets! It can be argued that they should not be marked down because of this, but I am old school and they have a responsibility for their partners.

Absolute waste of my time.

Was booked in to view a house at 1745, drove 80 miles from West Yorkshire to Grantham and arrived bang on 1745, location of house was difficult to park without blocking in so parked just around the corner, walked to the house only for the owner who was sat outside in her car, to tell me the estate agent was inside showing someone else around. As it was raining I told her I’d wait in my car for them to be done, I even texted the estate agent to tell him to let me know when it was ok to come view. I received nothing, so at 1805 I went back to the house, rang the bell to be told by the same lady owner that the estate agent had left and she had even told him I was there waiting. I rang him and his phone was off. So no viewing and a further 80 miles home. Unprofessional and very rude to waste my time like this. It’s fair to say I am far from happy and the seller of the house was unhappy also. I await the phone call and apology of this person that I am owed.Called the following morning to be told Gavin would call me back, he called me back and then told me he was at the property with the agent and was sat in the car, and the agent got into the car and informed him the 1745 was a no-show. So basically i described the scene to Gavin when i arrived, we both know the truth here, yet he said he was going to speak to the seller and agent. no apology, no further response, and basically a dishonest lying estate agent who said the 1745 was a no-show when the seller had told him i had arrived and was waiting in my car. And for anyone who might think there is a mistake, this is two people in 2021 who are looking to sell something and neither bothered to call my mobile to see where i was. thats the level of interest estate agents have at the moment.
