Kegworth Branch!Happy to take money from you but its a real struggle to get your BOND back!!I have called 6 times now after leaving the rented property over a month ago, all I get when I call is "Yes I'll look into it and call you back" I haven't received a call back yet.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awful communication and customer…

Awful communication and customer service! Tried booking a viewing! Staff member was rude and Took over 15 minutes to ‘wait for the her to finish her previous task!’ Finally was able to get our viewing confirmed.. less than 3 hours before viewing - was cancelled due to the amount of interest! Awful from the start!

I wanted to view a property but…

I wanted to view a property but initially was told they had too many viewings so I could not see it . Then Carolyn tried to qualify my financial position, I queried why as she had just told me I could not view the property, she was able to make an appointment for the next day .she then insisted that I email her a copy of my AIB In order to confirm the booking. The whole conversation stank of sharp practice so I refused to send her my financial details and bought elsewhere . I have recently sold a property and would be very annoyed that potential buyers were being put off in this way . Please avoid as a buyer or a seller .

Excellent service from Newton Fallowell Newark branch. Thanks to Neil, Sarah, Lauren, James and the rest of team for a professional service. Clear communications and follow-up, and out of business hours communications are second to none. I will be singing their praises from the roof tops. I highly recommend Newton Fallowell to sell our property. If anyone out there is wondering which agent to use I recommend you contact them, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service at Grantham branch

Wouldn't Recommend

Absolutely hopeless .. if Zero was an option they would be there.Communications.. ZeroAccuracy and standard of paperwork ... ZeroDealing with issues ... ZeroIf you are paying for a full Managed service ... it's not. They only bother collecting money and taking their cut.
