Excellent service from start to finish!! I was wanting to move to a property with a larger 3rd bedroom, absolutely nothing on the market. A valuation on my property was done, explained what I was looking for and said we have one that will be going on the market on Friday (this was wed), a viewing was arranged and we feel in love with the house. They came back the next day to take photos etc, and both properties went on the market on the Friday afternoon. By Friday evening I had 2 viewings booked for the Saturday and other chap had one. Monday morning 9am, I had received 2 offers and it was sold by 11.30, with me putting an offer in on the other property and it being accepted. Fantastic team!!! Fabulous service. Absolutely love the house. Thank you John and team, best in town
Appalling .‼️. They tell you they have put you on a list and will let you know when suitable property becomes available. NO they dont contact you at all . I saw one i was interested in the minute it came on ( they never let me know about it ) i emailed them the same day . Got email saying someone will contact me tomorrow to arrange a viewing . No contact again , i rung them same day ( house not been on 24 hours and made contact twice with them ). Told it was sold ‼️. One viewing and not from anyone on their list . Nobody else got a chance to even view it. They accepted an offer ...even though i was prepared to pay the full asking price. Something wrong here !!!!! DODGY MAYBE ‼️‼️‼️‼️NEWARK OFFICE ‼️
Appalling service at Lichfield Office. Not a buyer but a renter. Sent requests to view that were never answered. Left voicemail messages for someone to get back to me as I was interested in a property - they never called back. They cancelled a viewing because they didn't have the keys. Left me waiting for 30 minutes because someone forgot about the viewing. When I did finally view a property and send in an application form, they rented the property and never told me so I was waiting for over a week to see if I had got the property. They are the type of agents that give agents a bad name. Useless.
We recently completed our house sale through the Grantham office. Excellent, professional and polite staff. Any questions raised were dealt with swiftly and positively. Gavin and Karen were our closest contacts and couldn't do enough to help. A big thank you to all. Would 100% recommend their services.
The Lichfield Branch lettings agent Vicky Shelley completed a new letting for our apartment in record time despite dealing with the COVID 19 restrictions.Vicky and the agents have always been very professional whenever we needed their services, nothing is too much trouble for her or Newton Fallowell Lichfield agents.I would recommend any Landlord searching for new tenants not to hesitate in contacting them for an appointment.Christine & Peter ( Lichfield )
I contacted the Grantham office three times, once able to get through by phone and was told I would get a call back, I did not. Twice via the online chat and was told my message would be passed on and I would be called back. Again nothing. I want to register to buy a property - it appears there is zero interest unless you have a property to sell. I would be cautious using them for either after this rather bad first impression. I have also tried to call but no-one picks up the phone.
Very Very Bad, do not trust these people to sell your property. I am writing in reference to the Newark office. They failed to sell my property and then wanted to charge me £300.00 for sale fees to cover reasonable costs, all they done was took a few terrible pictures. They never accompanied any viewings and tried to send people to view my property through lockdown, which is really terrible practice breaking all government rules. Now they are chasing me for the £300 that there was no mention of when signing the sales contract. They are really terrible and very pushy, please please do not use them.
