Newark branch is rubbish! ! They promise the world and deliver nothing. Use somebody else! Anyone is better than them!

Dreadful

Dreadful! Made multiple phone calls, emailed them several times and tried to contact them via the Rightmove app. Was informed I would be called and/or contacted back, only to never hear from them again. Do yourselves a favour and avoid the Lincoln branch. No such issues with any other agency I have used in Lincoln.

Swadlincote branch are really bad

Swadlincote branch are really bad. They never call you back and have to constantly keep chasing them. Sally Whetton is the worst customer service rep I have ever come across, broken promises, tells lies and is untrustworthy.They advised me on a couple of things to do and I lost money on there recommendation! Terrible branch and would never recommend to anybody. Please avoid and take your business elsewhere. I would not even give these 1 star if I could as they are not even worth that.

Newton Fallowell in Newark is definitely the best estae agent that we have dealt with. From the owners Neil and Jude, the girls on the end of the phone wjo were always helpful and chatty, and Rick who assiduously chased up solicitors, not the easiest job, the whole team were professional and committed to ensuring our sale went as smoothly as possible. We can't thank you enough.

Had them value my house and they said…

Had them value my house and they said I'm better off going to auction as the house needed updating and put a reserve of £140000 , went to another estate agent and had it valued at £175000 had offer of full asking price,then someone came in with offer of £210000.

Awful

The Burton on Trent branch. Awful. Took a 2 hour train journey to view a property. Agent knew nothing about the house, no access to the rear of the property, which had attracted us initially. Taxi driver was able to enlighten us more on the area than the agent. Cannot recommend these agents to anyone!

Leicester Forest East - highly recommend

Leicester Forest East, Newton Fallowell - highly recommend. They gave an amazing service from start to finish, helping with all aspects of the sale and our purchase. We particularly found them very proactive and supportive with the conveyancing, dealing with all parties up and down the chain, with professionalism, prompt communication and a real personal touch. Although we mainly dealt with Stevie, everyone in the office was fully briefed and able to step in if necessary. Can't thank them enough.

Lincoln: Always a faff

Lincoln branchAlways a faff trying to get anything done - it's rare I'm able to get a reply to an issue on their 'Fixflo' ticket system within a week, or get it actually sorted.They don't seem to care about issues with our house, also the landlord's fault as he doesn't want to pay for anything, but we have been living in some poor conditions for over a year and half but Newton seem to only care about the rent we're paying so they can get their letting agency commission.They insisted on a house inspection during full lockdown in early 2021, when we objected they gave it the old "Oh it'll be good for you as a tenant" yet any issues raised during the inspection have never been fixed.I can go on and on but let's just leave it at: AVOID.Hate this agency and I am not looking forward to the struggle of getting our deposit back when we move!
