Don't waste your time. I did a one month subscription so I could try out before in vesting in several months. Paid through PayPal. Got an email allowing me to download their application. App kept shutting me out saying my email and password were wrong. I uninstalled and reinstalled and got in one time then locked out again. Within 24 hrs I asked for a refund. I got a response asking me to send a screen shot but I could not provide because the application would not work. It only showed the icon. Went through PayPay to get a refund and was very disappointed they denied my claim for a product or service that I could not use. Maybe they are using AI to make their decisions! Use at your own risk. The company should refund my money. Very disappointed in PayPal and thinking of stopping my account with them. They have changed. Also the app was just a bunch of receipes you could get off the internet yourself.
This is a con website. I paid for only one month plan which was £15 then the following month they removed £31 from my account. When I tried to claim back my money, I was emailed like 10 documents as proof of subscription which I never signed during the first purchase. I tried to recover my money back through paypal but the con men were smarter than me. I lost the case and was not refunded. Don't be scammed. Avoid anything to do with this website because once they get your payment details, they will sign you up to a subscription without your consent and you will lose a great deal.
Scam op. No way to delay starting date once joined so asked for money back. Refused. Legally ‘as the digital product has been delivered no money back.’ Looked at recipes. Pretty standard US stuff. Avoid at all costs. If you go for it watch for and check recurring subs auto turned on.
I took out a subscription for the diet plan and then decided to cancel it. I received an email saying my subscription had been cancelled. The next month another £31 was taken. The help desk refused to accept that they had previously said my sub was cancelled and I cannot get reimbursement. I call that sharp practice - stupid insofar as customers give them reviews like this.
