Review Time
I signed up for this prior to an accident I had. I never even went into the APP or used it at all. What I did not anticipate that they would keep charging my credit card without any approval from me. The account was not used by anyone but they felt they could keep charging my credit card. They have cancelled my subscription but would not give me a refund for charging me $79.98 on 8/14. I asked them for a refund on 8/18/25. I am a senior citizen and need my money. How reputable is a company who steals from senior citizens and makes their money this way. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I never used the app.
I was so surprised to see money taken from my account three months, after I had canceled my subscription, I signed up for a month but after looking at the app , it wasn’t for me. I felt I had been conned. I had no communication from them at all. No email after I had canceled. The amount of £63.98p was taken from my account yesterday. I have now contacted my bank to try and retrieve my money. It’s an odd amount… I have now had a reply, and just as I thought no refund will be given. All I had from you was an email stating your terms and conditions. More fool me for not taking g a screen shot of my cancellation, but as I said in my email to you.. you would have seen I had cancelled my subscription , so really you had no right to take money from my account! I feel this is theft/ fraud. Call it what you want. Very very disappointing indeed.
One star too many !!!Signed up for a 7 day trial for £5:48. of which i was unimpressed. This company took another £31:98 less than 10 days later and after disputing this payment was informed I had taken out a subscription, total rip off merchants. Beware of this scam company.
Signed up and paid a week trial at £5.49. I checked and double checked I was only committing to a one week no obligation trial. I wasn’t convinced it was a useful app in the week so would not continue. They took £31.98 within 7 days and are now telling me they’ll cancel but not refund. AVOID they are deliberately misleading and admitted so much in their replies below. I wish I had read reviews first - lots of people been caught this way too.
The plan is very repeatative and not true Mediterranean. Beware of the auto renewal. I know I didn't agree to an automatic renewal but they said in the terms and conditions. (Small print) It auto renewed 3 months not 1 month and they won't refund my money. I did say take the 1 month but refund the other 2 months but no and now not responding to me
