I needed a piece of fitness equipment that would fit into a smaller living space without feeling cramped, and the RW300 was a perfect choice. It rows smoothly, feels solid during use, and folds up vertically when I am done to keep the room looking clean. The resistance is really easy to adjust mid-workout, which is perfect for changing intensity on the fly. I also appreciate the straightforward display because it is simple, clear, and does exactly what I need without extra distractions. The only thing I would change is making the power cord a little longer. I had to plug it into an extension cord to reach my outlet, but it was an easy fix.For the price and size, this rower offers excellent performance and convenience for smaller homes.Disclosure: This is an incentivized review.
I have used many different brands of exercise equipment but this brand everything is made with the user in mind. The packaging was thought out as to protect the product and keep it organized. They included real tools designed for the assembly of the equipment not just the cheapest thing they could cut out of sheet metal. The assembled product is high quality and user friendly. I would definately recommend this brand and equipment to others.I was given this equipment at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
NordicTrack treadmills are not bad, but if you want to use the features you have to pay a high monthly price. They also keep changing the price to be higher and they take away features. You’ll be better off with a treadmill with no digital interface.
Nordic Track is a company that I would go back and buy from in a heartbeat. My wife and I have bought a number of products from them and have not been disappointed at all! We still own and use a treadmill we bought from them back over 20 years ago, and we are runners, so this thing does not just sit in a corner collecting dust, it is used a lot!! We recently purchased a rower from them and have been very happy with the product. The unit came with everything intact and no damage as well as detailed assembly instructions! This is an incentivized review.Product has been as expected so far, great with no issues! We have been really happy with the service provided by Nordic Track and will be using them again when we purchase more equipment.
I purchased a Nordictrack treadmill in the spring of 2021. The belt kept slipping and was shedding rubber piles at the back of the belt. The machine was still under original warranty. Customer service sent me a new belt. No service person came to install the belt. Also, the heart rate monitor never worked. At that time customer service sold me a three year extended warranty. I have never had a service person come to install the new belt or fix the heart rate monitor, however, today, a sales rep called to sell me another extended warranty. Where is the customer service?Four and a half hours on phone with reps. No resolution, just pushed from one with no authority to another with no authority. Will never buy another Nordictrack products. Too many others to choose from.
Shelly was exceptional helping with my warranty replacement. Very responsive and helpful every step of the way! After the warranty replacement (more than 5 years after I purchased the machine the frame broke) and the way it was as handled, I’m a lifeline Nordic Track customer!
I recently bought a new Nordic Track exercise bike. I paid extra for the white glove delivery. The bike was delivered, and I was able to connect it to my wifi, but when I tried out the bike the first time the resistance would not increase and the incline/decline function did not work. The bike does not "move" on the screen and it thinks I am sitting still even though I am pedaling. After spending 30 minutes chatting with someone from support, they told me that parts needed to be sent to me and that I would need to replace the parts myself. The parts arrived with no instructions. After researching online, on youtube, and looking through the assembly instructions, I spent 2 hours replacing some wiring that needed to be threaded through two tight openings that required some disassembly of the bike to get to. I was unable to replace the 2nd part they sent me because despite my best efforts, the crank arm will not come off and I need to remove that to get to the power board. At this point, I gave up and contacted Nordic Track. I spent over 30 minutes with them trying to explain the issues, and the only solution they have is to send a technician, who should contact me in 3-5 days. No one contacted me. I called the technician after 3 days and got voicemail, so I left a message and my phone number. After 2 days and not getting a return call, I called Nordic Track back and they said the technician would call me back by the end of the day, and that they would give me a 5% discount on my purchase for my troubles. The technician never called, so I finally cancelled my order. They are refunding my money and taking the bike back, but refuse to reimburse me for the $299 white glove assembly, because in their view, the bike was "assembled". It wasn't assembled in a way that allowed the bike to operate properly, but they don't care about that. The bike never worked properly for a single minute. I would advise anyone to avoid Nordic Track. I can't imagine everyone has these same issues, but my experience was so bad, I felt obligated to share my experience.
