We bought a Norditrak bike around 3 years ago and maybe used it 30-50 times and went to use it after a few months and it was dead. It turned out to be a control panel which they should have given to me but it cost me $150 plus $175 to have installed. We paid over $2000 for this bike and the tech told me this is very common. Do not waste your money on such an unreliable product from a company that offers such poor customer service.

I was really excited to purchase a treadmill from NordicTrack on a Friday. However, by the following week, an unexpected medical situation arose, and I reached out on Tuesday to cancel the order. I had received no confirmation email or shipping notice, yet they still charged me for shipping. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with a representative named Bailee who was completely unempathetic and made it clear there was no chance of a refund. It felt like I was talking to a sales rep trained to shut down any customer concerns.What’s worse is that NordicTrack heavily advertises a “30-day free trial” for their treadmills—this is incredibly misleading. In reality, you’re charged immediately, and the return process is made intentionally difficult and costly. This whole experience has been deeply disappointing. Beware before making a purchase!

Nordic Track Poor Quality and Unsatisfactory Customer Service

In December 2024 we ordered a treadmill and elliptical from NordicTrack, trusting the brand's longstanding reputation for quality and reliability. Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but satisfactory.The elliptical is problematic to use; at level 1, it feels equivalent to a level 6–8 resistance setting on gym equipment. Meanwhile, the treadmill poses safety concerns—it delivers shocks when touching any metal parts and emits a high-pitched humming sound in sleep mode. Both machines have defects.The customer service experience has been deeply disappointing. Reaching a representative is challenging at best, and interactions are most often dismissive and unhelpful. The white-glove installation service also proved inadequate, with unskilled technicians mishandling the setup.Four months have passed, countless hours have been spent on calls, and yet the issues remain unresolved. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with NordicTrack products and services. I would not recommend purchasing Nordic Track equipment.

Repair was very, very expensive for a quick control board replacement

I have had a pretty good experience with my NordicTrack bike and Ifit, but my recent experience was terrible.First, the repairman that IFIT sent to my home was wonderful. He fixed the problem quickly and effectively only one day after I called for service.My problem is the cost of the repair. IFIT charged me $170 just to call someone. The tech then charged me an additional $165 to complete the repair. It shouldn't cost $335 for a person to come for 10 minutes and just replace the control board!!!Beware of IFIT predatory pricing practices for repairs!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered the Nordictrack commercial treadmill online on March 9. They had two installers bring it out, neither spoke any English so they could not understand what I was saying. They did not align the belt correctly so I cannot use it. They also did not leave us the Hex Key To adjust the belt as needed per the instructions that came with.Customer service is a little help they said they’ll send out hex Key Within 10 days it’s been 10 days still no key.. so basically I bought a $3000 paperweight that’s sitting downstairs in the basement that’s not usable

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, Warranty Service is almost non existent with a valid reported issue. It has taken more than 2 months and my treadmill is still not repaired. Started the process on 01/09/25, finally having a SO created 11 days later. A technician never reached out to schedule service after the expected 72 hours window. I called only to find out my SO had been cancelled as not approved and I was never notified. Had another SO created for service 02/11/25 and was promised the tech would reach out in 24 hours. 48 hours later finally a TECHNICIAN calls to schedule service. 6 days later he arrives to troubleshoot and then has to order a part. Part arrives 03/06/25, and called the Technician to schedule repair. Tech left me a voicemail 3 days later. I called the tech back Tues 03/11/25 and to date have not heard back from the Technician. I called the support line AGAIN and was told it was escalated and would receive a call within 48 hrs...So here we are almost 2.5 months in and my $900 machine is still not repaired and my Warranty expiration is quickly approaching.

I rarely write negative reviews. Zero customer service.

It's rare for me to write a negative review. Simply put, the only thing iFit cares about is the sale. There is zero concern for the quality of the product (if it actually works and can be used) and certainly not the customer service or satisfaction. I paid $3600 for a piece of equipment that doesn't work and won't be repaired because the staff lacks integrity. They do not care about you, so if you get a faulty treadmill, you'll need to suck it up.

They will not honor their warranty

They will not honor their warranty. Be very careful when purchasing, if you have a problem your machine and it's under warranty they will drag out the claim process and make all attempts to not repair the machine.

THE WORST EXCERSICE EQUIPMENT I EVER BOUGHT!!!IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS ( I USED IT 4 TIMES) THEY WILL NOT SEND A SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND THEY SEND YOU THE PARTS AND YOU HAVE TO FIX IT YOURSELF WHICH IS IMPOSIBLE UNLESS YOU ARE AN ELECTRICIAN!!!THIS PEOPLE ARE SHAMELESS
