Extremely Disappointed Would Strongly Avoid NordicTrackWe purchased the X24 Treadmill, RW900 Rower, and 10 Recumbent Bike expecting a premium experience given the high price tag. Unfortunately, this has turned out to be one of the worst purchases we've ever made.We opted for the “white glove” assembly service, which was anything but. Equipment was dropped off without assembly, installers arrived without the products even delivered, and scheduled appointments were missed repeatedly with no communication. Despite multiple calls and reassurances from support management “No worries, we’ve got it” nothing was resolved in a timely or professional manner. I even tried to cancel the order multiple times but was effectively held hostage in the process. After over a month of delays and frustration, we finally began using the equipment only to face more issues. The interface on the screens is clunky, Bluetooth connectivity is unreliable (doesn't even connect), some apps won’t load, and hardware buttons (like incline or speed controls on the treadmill) don’t function. This has been a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish. For the cost and brand reputation, we expected quality service and reliable products neither of which we received. I strongly recommend avoiding NordicTrack.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We bought a treadmill after my husband’s double knee replacement. It was horrible. The console had to be replaced the first year after it constantly frozen and never updated. The warranted covered the cost but the new console never worked and we stayed on the phone with customer service trying to fix those problems. When they finally decided we needed a new console, the warranty had run out and it would be an additional $560 to replace. The business is a scam. Save yourself a headache.
I’m extremely disappointed with iFit’s customer service and exorbitant spare parts pricing. My RW900 rowing machine, lightly used for just two years, had a console failure. After escalating to the Better Business Bureau, iFit offered a mere 40% discount on a new console—still over $500 with taxes and shipping, nearly 25% the cost of a new machine. This pricing is unreasonable and clearly exploitative. Worse, there’s no option to trade in or refurbish the broken console, showing iFit’s disregard for environmental sustainability. Buyers should beware: once you own an iFit machine, you’re trapped in an inflated spare parts scheme.
Natalie was very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure she had the correct answers to my questions and helped me get a replacement for my dysfunctional weight system. Thank you Natalie customer service is not always a positive experience you made it positive and easy!
Barely used treadmill over the year. Now that I want to start using it over heats and shuts down. Tried troubleshooting per manufacturer and still an issue. I see that it’s been a problem with their motors for years now. Wish I would have done my research before spending $2k.
I would think long and hard before buying ANY system that uses iFit as part of the package. Reason is, iFit will all of sudden stop supporting you will have issues with MANY of workout videos not loading and iFit will do absolutely nothing about coreecting, therefore making the experience with your machine terrible. I have an older commercial 1750 treadmill where I can no longer do anything but manual runs. Cannot even log into from the internet because iFit no longer supports this treadmill. I also bought NT fusion CST, which is a fantastic workout machine, bit since all the workouts are iFit workouts and many will not load, it makes it just okay. Despite the many complaints iFit won't do anything about it. Why doesnt Nordicktrack force iFit to continue to support the machines they sell? My CST is only 3yrs old and purchased direct from nordicktrack.
I purchased a Nordic Track RW9000 rowing machine in 2021. It is used by a single individual 4x per week for about 30min at a time. In the past 4y, despite this light usage, it has required repairs 3 times. The repair is always the same: the belt you pull on to row wears through and breaks. I must report the product failure to the warranty company, which then sends a replacement part and, eventually, a repair person. That process takes 2-3 weeks during which time the rower is inoperable. Worse, Nordic Track takes no responsibility. They will not replace or refund the rower. Nor will they even cover the cost of the repair. I am forced to pay an annual fee to the warranty company to cover these repairs. It’s clear the product is faulty. It is now discontinued. Bottom line: Nordic Track sold a bad product and left me holding the bag.
