Spectacular machine

I've had this elliptical for a while now and it's seriously a game changer. It's so smooth and quiet, I can actually enjoy my workouts. Plus, it feels really sturdy, like it's built to last. I've tried other ellipticals before, and this one blows them out of the water. Highly recommend checking this one out!I'm loving the new tech on this elliptical. The upgraded programming is so much better than the old version. It's really helped me stay motivated with my workouts. The whole experience feels more immersive and engaging. Totally recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new elliptical.I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Low impact and perfect for cardio

Running on an elliptical provides a low-impact, full-body workout. It's a great way to improve cardiovascular health and burn calories. The smooth, gliding motion is gentle on the joints. This makes it a good option for people of all fitness levels. Consider adding elliptical training to your routine for an effective and enjoyable exercise experience.

Do NOT BUY a NORDIC!!

Do NOT BUY a NORDIC!!! I purchased one in 2021 my warranty just expired and exactly when my warranty expire. It just stopped working. I had it less than five years and I have no power coming into it at all. We take a really good care of it. We barely used it and there’s no reason why it should not be working right now. Nordic is trash. I spent over $1500 to purchase one and really regret it. Please take he go buy one from somewhere else. There’s other good treadmills from other companies, not Nordic, please. I’m disgusted by this purchase.

I recently had a frustrating experience…

I recently had a frustrating experience with NordicTrack that I feel compelled to share. I purchased one of their treadmills and opted for the extended warranty, thinking it would give me peace of mind. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge mistake. When my treadmill developed issues, I reached out to customer service 5x, only to be met with endless runarounds, excuses, finger-pointing between NT and IFit, and long hold times, hoping that I would hang up and not pursue this. They seem to have a policy of finding any possible reason to avoid honoring the warranty, making it clear that they are not committed to customer satisfaction. It's incredibly disappointing, especially after paying extra for this garbage treadmill and extended coverage. To make matters worse, I learned there is a class action lawsuit against NordicTrack due to recent software updates that caused the consoles to malfunction, or a better word (brick). This isn't shocking and confirms the company's reliability and integrity. Please read all the reviews, and If you're considering buying from NordicTrack, I strongly advise against it. If you do buy it, do not get the extended warranty - it's free money to NT. They will do anything to avoid fulfilling their obligations.Save yourself the headache and look for a brand that stands behind its products. NordicTrack clearly does not, and I regret not doing more research before purchasing.

Awful software and customer service

I was stupid enough to buy their new X24 treadmill thinking that the high price guaranties top notch quality, service and software, but no, although their pricing is catering towards the millionaire upper class, their software and services are very subpar. I mean the hardware is OK - handrails are horrible, screen's vertical tilt cannot be changed, all buttons, including the onscreen touch buttons, are very unresponsive and so on, but those are just small annoyances. The biggest problems are:1) the treadmill is virtually unusable without an iFIT subscription. You can run a fully manual workout, where you use buttons to adjust speed and incline, you can run a couple free short guided workouts and that's basically it. You cannot create your own structured workout with different steps, a set of intervals and so on - for that and basically for anything else an iFIT subscription is required.2) the customer service is non-existent. Even when you want to give them those outrageous $480 per year for the subscription, when you hit one of their many bugs, which will prevent you from doing that, their customer service will take days to respond. Not minutes, not hours, but 25(!!!) DAYS!3) since they aspire to become an Apple of fitness and suck all your money, they decided to create a fully locked proprietary ecosystem. You cannot use Zwift or any other FTMS complaint app to control or even read data from this treadmill. This was possible with previous versions of their treadmills, but it's no more.4) the software is an endless heap of bugs and incomplete features: once you adjust and save your heart rate zones they somehow reset back to defaults next time you turn on the treadmill; even for the tiny set of the available workouts you cannot test the ActivePulse feature, which should automatically adjust speed/incline to target certain HR zones. instead your guide will tell you that you are running at a RPE 8(!) effort while your heart is at 100bpm; you cannot use the built-in speakers from your phone as Bluetooth speakers; when you complete a workout, it will be saved to Strava, but Strava will not recognize elevation data; they won't provide options to upload your workout anywhere else, so if you want to upload to Garmin you have to either download it from Strava or go through an excruciating process offered by iFIT, but no luck, Garmin will recognize workout's elevation data, but not distance/pace data...And so on and so forth. You are actually alpha-testing it, having no way to communicate your experience back to the developers, since when you try to sign-in at my.ifit.com in order to submit a feedback, you get a "You aren't eligible to join the beta at this time." response. Hilarious!

The NordicTrack RW700--Compact, Quiet, and Perfect for Netflix Workouts!

The NordicTrack RW700 has exceeded my expectations in every way! I assembled it myself in no time, and it fits seamlessly into my small home gym. The iFIT app has been amazing for a beginner like me, teaching proper form while offering a variety of workout lengths to fit my schedule. The machine is super quiet and smooth—I can even row while my husband uses another machine without any noise issues. And the Netflix integration? Genius. It’s made my postpartum fitness journey so much more enjoyable and effective. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Excellent Product!

I can honestly say that I love this rower! I have used a few different ones over the years in the gym and this one is by far my favorite! It was so easy to set up/assemble. I love the workouts, I have the IFit membership and have been using those. My only word of advice is if you have small feet, it may be harder to strap your feet in because there isn’t much velcro left. Like I said, I love this rower. This is an incentivized review and I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Do not buy Nordictrack

Do not buy Nordictrack. The machines themselves seem to be ok. It is hard to truly know as the computer screen (brain) of the machine fails first. Connectivity issues, seizing screens half way through workouts, having to repeat the log in process several times each day just to start it up. You need to use the expensive iFIT program with all their machines - no other programs work. When things go bad, their customer service is terrible. Denying the fault is theirs, delaying correspondence and any action then refusing to discuss matters at all. Do not purchase as you will regret it. They are not complying with consumer law.

Bought my very expensive treadmill 3.5…

Bought my very expensive treadmill 3.5 years ago. I stopped using/paying for the Ifit pay app and “magically” the machine goes to shit. Had to restart it every time I used it. Then, the Belt stopped working. Took two weeks for service guy to come out. He tells me the circuit board is out and will need a new one 300$. Paid the guy 160$ for 15-20 mins to tell us that and that the board is out of stock and no idea when it will be in. I have taken extremely good care of this treadmill! It’s a piece of shit!
