I have a “commercial” nordictrack 1750. Labeled as there heavy duty treadmill. Within the 1st month of owning the motor went out… hands down, and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you have any issues it will take weeks, if not a month to get someone out to “fix” it. Absolutely terrible. November 4th, 2025: nordictrack says they “reached out” to assist with the problems. They absolutely did NOT. More lies and deception. I didn’t receive any phone calls, texts, or emails.
Costumer service is the worst company to deal with. Nordic track exercises bike touch screen doesn’t work been a month they say it a soft ware issue all you have to do is reset the side did it like they said and did not fix the brakes ke now screen is blank. Does not hold promise to warranty issues. Also long await times.
I spent $2300 for my norditrac treadmill and the console won’t work after 2.5 years. It’s been used minimally and now they want to charge me $600 to replace it. Customer service was rude and tried to use entrapment and baiting to get me to say things that would make it seem like it was my fault the console was faulty. Very unpleasant and disappointing! The console runs the treadmill, so without it, it’s junk. You have no choice but to replace it. You should not have to replace the console after 2.5 years! I’m thoroughly disappointed in this whole process and do not recommend this brand! I will never purchase anything from them again.
I have used this new treadmill fewer than 20 times in the year I have owned it. The belt just stops after a few minutes of walking or running, at any speed or incline. I oiled it per their instructions, no help. So I called and we had a video chat where the service rep had me open the motor cover so she could see the flashing lights. She diagnosed that the machine should have been connected to a surge protector or the motor would be damaged. Here's the thing, I paid the "white glove" installation service and delivery. WHY THE HELL DID THOSE DELIVERY GUYS NOT MENTION OR PROVIDE A SURGE PROTECTOR? I am still making payments on this useless piece of junk.
Ordered an X-24 on the 18th of September 2025, received "order shipped" the following day. Now-nothing. No transit updates and what updates are available look as if it hasn't even left the shipping location. Customer service is website where you can enter your order number and get nothing but "order shipped" as a status, AI chatbot, or waiting more than an hour for an in person chat or phone call to become available (I haven't had the time to wait that long-and it doesn't seem to matter what time of day you try, it's always busy to the point where trying is pointless unless you have several free hours carved out.) I ordered a large set of weights from a different company on the same day and have had those for more than a week already. **Edit to add-Nordictrack reached out after this review was posted asking for my confirmation number which I sent immediately, and I still have heard nothing from them 9 days later.
