Our treadmill started rusting in the warranty period, Nordic Track Spain says it is because of bad maintenance or humid room. The machine is inside my house, in my gym, with ventilation and Airco. I clean the machine following the instructions in the manual. I think a machine of more then €2250 should not rust after 12 months; bad material, don’t buy this treadmill The ND 2450Update! To fill in the consumer complain form I have to come in person, the OCU form in Spain I have to come to Madrid in person, 3 hours driving from where I live .And they start to threaten me with this text; Please be aware that we may also take action based on the impact of posts issued with the aim of generating negative opinions and/or defaming the brand when they do not correspond to reality. My response on their reaction below is that the machine is inside my house in a fully air conditioned room. Also strange that my bike from Nordic track is not rusting. Just the treadmill started rusting in one year !!!! I clean the machine by their manual instructions The other suggestion of Nordic Track that it maybe caused by sweat?? Come on, not allowed to sweat on a sport equipment??? Really disappointing that they don’t take the effort to replace the small panel of the ventilation
I thought I was buying a good machine, but after 2 years of using it, I started to notice that the belt was moving, but I didn't pay attention to it. Then, after the third year of use, the warranty expired and the problems started. I called the for service, purchased the new belt and 4 months later the belt started to move. After nine months, I called for support and they told me that I had to change the belt again.
Purchased a brand new i22 incline trainer for nearly 3k. Unfortunately have had issues since day one. I lodged a formal complaint requested refund or replacement however they wanted to repair. So I agreed, the tech came out and said there was no issues. I’ve recorded proof of the issue - belt not working randomly. Have been back and forth since March. Worst service experience, no empathy or acknowledgement and unethical management. Have a treadmill I can’t use and no resolution. Forced to take further due to getting no where with this company. I do not recommend.
I purchased a NordicTrack (Commercial 1750) treadmill in October 2024, expecting reliable performance and support. Unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating experience from the start.Over the past year, I’ve had repeated issues with the machine. It usually needs a full reboot every time I try to use it, which means waiting several minutes just to get started. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the “fixes” they suggested were temporary at best and never addressed the root problem. Now in July 2025, less than a year later, the treadmill is completely nonfunctional. It won’t turn on at all. I spent nearly $2000 on this treadmill, and it’s now a very expensive piece of junk.I’m deeply disappointed by the quality of the product and the lack of effective support. For the price, I expected durability and dependable service—not a year-long headache and a broken machine.I would not recommend NordicTrack to others based on this experience.
Should have a zero star rating. Nordictrack a joke of a company. Expensive equipment and absolutely zero aftermarket. Expensive treadmill purchased, so many problems with the centre console (too many to list) Expensive treadmill is discontinued with no spare parts or chance of repair, in effect a £2000 treadmill that is 4 years old is completely useless and redundant. Spend your money elsewhere at a more reputable company who can actually help you if things go wrong. Awful customer service and a stinker of a company. Reference the reply to this review....nobody has contacted me from Nordictrack whatsoever and we're now in October! Utter lies and utter rubbish. Customer service standards absolutely appalling. A generic reply with no intention of getting in contact or resolving the issues
The computer interface is slow and illogical. Hard to find previous workout series frequently. Fan died - no answer from support. Expensive monthly. Bluetooth is a pain - often doesn’t see or won’t connect audio and heart rate devices. I have commercial 2450 and would not buy it again. Btw we don’t even use it that much so not a case of heavy wear and i have had other issues that i could correct with reading manual such as incline failure.
This company is the worst. I financed a rowing machine from this company, and it came with shady and illegal business practices. First off, I financed the machine from them; they used TD Bank. I declined a membership to their IFIT service. About 2-3 weeks of owning the machine I decided to pay it off. After a month I was charged for a membership that I never asked for or signed up for. I had to call, complain, and get a refund. It doesn't stop there. The Bank they use, TD Bank, took it upon themselves to open a charge card in my name... I never applied, wanted, or was discussed I would have a revolving credit account in exchange for financing a machine. I'm pretty sure that's just as illegal as signing me up against my will for a membership. I guess I'll find out soon.
Outstanding customer service from the entire team I had contact with! I went from disappointment with the broken frame on my old machine to ecstatic with running on the new machine this morning, after working with the team to resolve. Could not be more happy and you will continue to have a lifelong NordicTrack and iFIT customer. Thank you!
