This product was recommended to me and I have to 1000% admit that this has changed my life. My new routine consists of sauna time daily. Over all wellness has been my much improved. Customer service was great in clearing up a promotion and I not only love the sauna but ventures into cold plunge.

The products shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Set up was fairly simple although the instruction booklet could use some improving. It doesn't go into detail on hiw to set up the steam machine. It was easy enough to figure out, but may cause some frustrations for others.The machine itself is awesome and for someone that has issues sleeping, it has really helped improve my sleep! Will definitely be purchasing the dry heater in the future!

False advertisement

The website claims 3- 5 day shipping to the continental US. My first order around Christmas time. Took 6 weeks to arrive and getting a hold of customer service was nearly impossible. I left a poor review which they paid via full reimbursement of my purchase to take down. I figured I would give the new dry sauna heater a chance since the steam sauna only gets to about 100° F. Since it is not the holiday season I was expecting a more timely delivery this go around. We'll it has been 3 weeks and still no product. Customer service has responded to emails this time, but refuse to acknowledge they are falsely advertising the 3-5 day continental US shipping they claim on the website. They just said we're sorry the shipping times may vary. Well if it was off by a couple days I would be understanding of that. Being off by a month unacceptable and false advertising.

Dry Sauna Heater

I received a regular fan heater that can be purchased on Amazon for $40-50, with a temperature range of 20-35 degrees Celsius. I got a black, unbranded unit that always shows an FF code after a few minutes when placed in the sauna tent. I'm trying to obtain proper equipment by contacting their support, but they keep delaying and asking the same questions repeatedly. I have sent them videos of my fan heater three times, and still no luck. I also waited over 3 weeks for my order but I was expecting that, I knew their are sending their stuff from China

Returned an item

Returned an item, followed instructions, sent in tracking number. Was notified it was delivered March 10th. Sent 2 emails asking for refund to be processed and nothing. Radio Silence...

Love the ice bath, not the sauna.

Love the ice bath! But had to leave 3 stars only because of the sauna. I like it, but pretty disappointed that it does not get as hot as advertised. Had I known, I likely would’ve only went with the ice bath.

Poor quality!!!

The zipper on the tent is already unstitched, materials are very cheap! Its see through where the stitching is. The steamer has the cheapest plastic feel. I put money on it not lasting very long. The steamer tray is already broken. If I would of known the quality of this product I would have bought the 300$ cheaper version from Amazon. I absolutely feel ripped off. If I could.i would give this product zero stars just terrible. The cheap plastic smell is just awful. What a ripp off. I'm definitely making a youtube video to tell people to save their money!!!

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service. I politely reached out to the company after placing an order, letting them know the dimensions of their product wouldn't work for me, which they promptly responded with an automated response. They asked "did you mean to cancel your order", to which I replied "Yes, the dimensions will not work, so I would like to cancel my order". Three days later, they shipped the product anyway. They have not responded to any of my further emails, and I cannot start the process of return which I now have to pay for... I will never buy from this company, and I'm going out of my way to advise all of my company, friends and family to avoid them because they refuse to respond to me, ignored my cancellation request, shipping the product anyway. I'm being sent repeated "affiliate" requests on top of this. It's unacceptable customer service.UPDATE after TrustPilot review: I attempted to refund the product via their website, and not only was I penalized an $80 RESTOCKING FEE, I also have to pay shipping, which will be likely around $50, perhaps even more. They refuse to waive the restocking fee, so nothing about their claims to "completely resolve it" in this TrustPilot response were accurate in the slightest. They did not work with me on anything, and I haven't heard from them since they contacted me because I posted this review.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! PLEASE READ AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!Bought it on the 29/11/24, they charged me. 2 months after (27/01/25), I still haven't received the product and they gave an excuse saying they couldn't deliver where I requested (they could have emailed and refunded me during those 2 months, but no).Then they said in 10-15 bussiness days (06/02/25) they would refund me, already sent other emails and nothing!!!
