This company outright lies to customers. They do not have 3-5 day shipping, they don't actually ship the products, but will try to steal your money. I had one order in transit for 29 days before they finally refunded and I decided to test it out to see if it was a fluke or they are actually scamming people. Takes weeks to get a response from customer service, they do not actually have 3-5 day shipping, and the people receiving their sauna heaters are saying they are cheap and faulty.
Told me 10-12 days shipping and it's been almost a month, and still hasn't shown up. I emailed Customer Service and it took them a week to tell me that it was on its way and to wait longer. Item shipped from China through a Importer, so all I know is that it's made it into the Country finally.
I received 3/4 of my order, it is now been 20 business days since my order and not a single response to my inquiries with them. I like the sauna itself but haven't been able to use the the second half of the order as I only have one of the two pieces.
I had a missing item with my order, it took a bit to get it all sorted it but they made it right. Its a quality product and their customer service actually works. I will continue to purchase from them, and look forward to upcoming products.
The product while nice was similarly available on Temu at a much lower price. But that considered the product assembled well from You Tube videos not from the printed instructions. I have used this almost daily and am enjoying it.
Love the Nurecover sauna! It is perfect for what I need, and it fits in the corner of my spare bedroom. It gets super hot, and I love how I feel afterwards. After a few months of use the zipper broke and would not zip properly. I did not take off a star for this because after contacting customer service with the issue, they sent a new sauna. I recently purchased their dry heat fan and can't wait to use it. The only complaint I have is the instructions to put it together were awful...pretty non-existent. Again, I did not take off a star because it is super easy to get good instructions on YouTube.

The ring of the cover is distorded once inflated and deflated after a whileThere is a missing insulated cover that supposed to fit on top.I have not used yet all items and expecting an immediate exchange.However i don’t recommend this brand as its not worth the money spend.
