The instructions was not very clear on how put it together. We got the pro and took awhile for the steamer to get hot. It doesn’t get as hot as I would like it.

Bad Experience

Ordered a grounding sheet on 26 November. “3-5 day shipping” was offered for UK customers. It still hasn’t arrived and no one from customer services is responding to my email queries asking for an update (I’ve sent 3 now). Really bad experience with this company so far!

Terrible service, would avoid

Ordered the sauna with ice bath just before black friday, marketing assured this is the best price, suprise suprise it wasn't. Contacted the team to ask for a refund of the difference as hadn't actually received the item, agent on the phone was useless and told me to email in and request a manager. Might as well have sent a letter in the post as take about 4/5 days to respond.Was refused point blank, asked for a manager as per the advice given, ignored.So the item arrives, well the ice bath arrives. Send another email asking where the rest of my order is, Justine assures me it is transit and on the way amd provides a tracking link. Tracking link doesn't recognise my postcode, assuming I was given the wrong link just to keep me satisfied as why would you split the boxes in the order. I email back, assured again it's on the way, no tracking link provided, i have now asked for the link a couple of times as still not provided it or delivered my item.So now 4 weeks down the line, ive asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded as the service has been terrible and still not received the item.Justine assures me thats its still 3-5 days away as its with the courier. Cmon accept that the courier has either lost the item or your talking rubbish. So still not received the item, wouldn't give me the best discount that they offered, terrible customer service, ignored my request to cancel which is a shame as it looks like a decent product.

The company is not getting back to me…

The company is not getting back to me about my refund. I’m currently filing a lawsuit and filing a complaint with the attorney general. So many things went wrong. False advertising being the biggest one. On the website it says 100 day satisfaction guarantee. Not true. Also on the website they said max temp was 150 degrees. But in the email they told me it only gets up to 104 degrees at mid to top level “for my comfort” but I can’t even break a sweat in this thing. They refuse to get back to me… my only option at this point to file a law suit.

I have not received goods ordered for a Christmas present. Sauna (with free ice bath) was ordered on 29 November. Ice bath arrived quickly but sauna still hasn’t arrived. Chasing emails sent to Nurecover and no response from them.
