I’ve probably expérience the best service client you can dream of. I bought a cold pod standard recently and i’ve got a small issue with it. I asked the compagny for help and they replace it for a brand new model Pod Pro for free to help me ! I recommand 200% this compagny if your checking for icebath !
I really do like our Nurecover sauna. It gets hot and the machine works very well! My only concern would be that it did not come with the absorbent mat or the lid for the ice bath. Also when the chair was delivered one of the legs was broken so we could not use it. I was wondering if there was anyway we could get these item to make our sauna experience everything we hoped it would be! Thanks for asking!
I placed an order on Dec. 8 for a Christmas gift. I did not realize the product was coming from China. Looks like it’s still in China and no way I’ll get it in time. I’ve emailed several times with no reply. Asked for a refund; no reply. Called today. No answer. Horrible. Live and learn.
Love this sauna! It's easy to set up, took 15 minutes. All the extras that came with it. Lights, mat, chair, drying cloth. The steamer is so easy to operate. The ice bath is easy to put together, it took about 10 minutes. Comes with a thermometer that's easy to read, and it's roomy enough for me I'm 5'4" with a slightly curvy build. This is an investment in my physical and mental health. Well worth the money.
I purchased the cold plunge and the red light sauna through them I’m very happy with my purchases and Customer service is the best I’ve worked with in a long time! I had an issue with my red light cord getting stuck in the zipper and they handled the issue so quickly and smoothly and sent a replacement so fast. There are a lot of cold plunge businesses out there, and it makes me happy I chose nurecover, because I love to support a business that actually cares about their consumers.
WARNING: DO NOT BUY, the product is awful and dangerous, and unfortunately their customer service and leadership is even worse!Please do not fall into this awful company's trap and terrible product offering. UPDATE: They have completely stopped responding to my emails, have deleted all of social media comments as well as any other negative reviews of their products! This organization is a SCAM! You should be ashamed!
