Ordered 2 accidentally and tried to cancel within minutes and they wouldn't cancel 2cd one. Stated “due to increased demand & fast shipping we will need to return after receiving”. Sent emails regarding shipping multiple times and get the same screen shot for both orders which hasn’t changed in days
If you're an individual or organization considering participating in Nurecover's affiliate program, DO NOT sign up. They like to encourage people to share a personalized "discount code" to offer their friends and family in exchange for a small commission. Sounds enticing, but Nurecover will not pay you. At this moment, they now owe a significant amount of money and every attempt to collect has resulted in false promises. I'd advise anyone not to buy from this company. From their product descriptions to their customer support, they're very disingenuous. And for the record, no matter how many times they say they’ll make it right and “look into it”, they simply ignore you further.
****MY ORDER IS STILL MISSING AND IN CHINA?!?!?!?AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RESPOND***** CHRISTMAS RUINED!!!!!!!!It’s been over 1 month since I paid for my sauna and despite constant attempts to speak to someone no one will respond!!AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got sent an automated tracking link that showed my order was in ahes China!! And then even that would not respond!!! Where is my order??! I believe I have been conned!!
Ordered on Dec 3rd with a 3-5 day shipping. Still have not received product. Tracking is on 2 different sites both say delivery failed. Got a bot reply by email once now no more replies and pretty sure my email is blocked. Tried to call and no one answered or called back after I left a message and requested a call back. Overall looking like ive been scammed.
Bought the sauna over a month ago. Got it rather quick but with items missing and other items not functioning properly. Got in contact with them and they said they would ship replacement parts right away. That was over a week ago, got back in touch with them again and they ask me for all the documentation I’ve already provided to them. UPDATE:After another 7 emails and talking to 3 different people. Still no resolution. Still asking for pictures that I’ve already sent to them. If you’re going to buy the sauna, BEWARE, if you don’t get all the parts in the first shipment, you may never get to use it
Reading their website my husband and I did the Black Friday order. After wanting to see more I looked on tik tok and google to find out this company is a complete scam. I sent an email to cancel a few hours later bc I’m not spending my hard earned money on a company that doesn’t follow through. Long behold I get an email today three days later saying oo we can’t cancel it’s been shipped. Mind you I know shipping labels from a small business. Nothing was shipped only shipping labels made. So they are lieing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They honor NOTHING. I’ll be disputing this order asap. Since they can’t responsibly take cancelations and lie. Also the guy on the phone was a complete D*** told me I have to email for them to cancel not call the number and when I said they won’t respond after the initial sorry we “shipped” he said sorry not my problem.
Regret not reading the other reviews. I have not tried the sauna yet, but I got the deal and paid for the sauna with the free ice bath. I hesitated purchasing and they sent me a 15% discount if I was to purchase it right away. Nowhere did it say if I was to use the 15% discount, I would lose out on receiving the free ice bath. I purchased two saunas it’s Christmas gifts with the ice baths. I would not recommend this company as they are not upfront and honest in my opinion. Update: The company did reach out for my information and said they would fix it and respond back. I reached out to them with my information but I have never heard back at all.
