Product arrived and had a hole in the lid and threads on one of the drain valves or port was damaged which resulted in a leak. After several back and forth with customer support, they suggested I patch the new lid with the supplied patch kit. This is not acceptable for a new product and poor service asking a new customer to repair a product flaw. I asked them to ship a new complete product and the result was them shipping only a new lid and drain valve to try. To this date, I still have not received the replacement parts nor have I been able to use the Pod Pro. We are coming up to almost 1 month since I initially ordered the Ice Pod Pro and would have expected a quicker response in order to try and rectify the issue.
This company a dropshipping scam. Stay away. They claim they are shipping the item and even after asking to cancel when they fail to send you only HALF of the items you ordered 2 weeks later, they say nothing can be cancelled. Issued a chargeback against this scam and everyone should do the same. STAY AWAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Emailed them over 6 times and no response other than an automated reply saying you can't cancel an order. lol What a joke.UPDATE: The actual sauna still has not even shipped. This will definitely be more than a month to get the item IF AT ALL. Ordered one that is almost identical from Costco a few days. Arrived in 3 days. In 2024 it's unreal this company operates like this.
Company has terrible customer service. The pump stopped working on my ice bath chiller. They asked for a video, then a second video and a third video all showing nothing...the pump stopped working. Finally agreed to send me a new pump, then did not send it. When I questioned where it was they again asked for another video of the same thing. Every call or email takes many days or weeks to get a reply.Not happy with this company at all!
Be SURE you want this product before purchasing it. I tried to cancel my $350 order immediately after purchasing it. Though they received the request, Nurecover proceeded to ship the item to me and then said I could PAY out of pocket to ship it back (1/2 the cost of the merchandise because the box is so big) if I wanted to return it. Their policies are wildly misleading and designed in their favor, not their customer’s.
I ordered the ice bath and tropical steam sauna on 30th November. The ice bath arrived quite quickly and is fine but the steam sauna is still not here and they said will take another 3-5 business days. That’s almost a month… I’m away for Christmas so now I’m worried about the package being left outside. I never even imagined it could take this long, I checked before hand and they indicated 3-5 days. Don’t trust the delivery times for the UK at all, it’s all shipped from china and takes forever.
