Review Time
I ordered the ice bath and tropical steam sauna on 30th November. The ice bath arrived quite quickly and is fine but the steam sauna is still not here and they said will take another 3-5 business days. That’s almost a month… I’m away for Christmas so now I’m worried about the package being left outside. I never even imagined it could take this long, I checked before hand and they indicated 3-5 days. Don’t trust the delivery times for the UK at all, it’s all shipped from china and takes forever.
Absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs. My package has been over two weeks in China now, not moving. It’s spent a week on a plane. Tried to email and you get no where, calls aren’t answered. Scammers. Another 2 weeks on from this review being left and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve my issues. No contact or attempts made to reimburse or send a new sauna out. Avoid avoid avoid
Have been using it for 2/3 days a week and it's great the humidity really gets the sweat goingAfter sales service was also good had a few queries answered promptly Only feedback would be chair supplied would be great if slightly bigger for taller people which will look at getting a bigger one for comfort
I ordered two saunas Black Friday and they still have not been delivered. The website said 3-5 days. These were both Christmas gifts for my family who live over 1000 miles away, and I only see them once maybe twice a year. We leave in the morning to travel there, and I have no Christmas presents for my dad or grandfather. If I would have known the days were not true, and the customer service was so terrible, I NEVER would have ordered from this company. I have been lied to when I have gotten in contact with them on two different occasions. I want my money back, because now these items are useless and I had to buy else where to have them a gift. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
The unit arrived torn and is extremely cheap, it's been several weeks of emailing and calling and all I was getting was messages that someone will respond within 24 hrs and they haven't, I finally got an email this week saying I needed to provide a picture to prove it wasn't used and they stress if it was no refund, this has been a terrible experience. If you're looking for this type of steamer, look elsewhere.
Sent the wrong sauna and after two weeks they offered a 20% money back on a sauna I already own. It’s now been weeks and I can’t get a response or contact them in any way….I’m still waiting for a water chiller and don’t even know if it’s been sent.The worst service I’ve ever received and will not buy again
Ordered a replacement steam unit on 11th November and it's now 28th with no idea of when or even if it'll ever arrive! Order no : NU281932The website sells priority postage 2-3 days which I've still paid and the tracking is super vague showing it's been on a plane for a week! 2 phone calls to Nurecover and fobbed off with we'll call back but never solve the missing order! I could have ordered one a day on Amazon and had 20 odd delivered in the time it's took Nurecover so far! Appalling really.
