After ordering the sauna and ice bath. Received the ice bath within a few days, the sauna still hasn’t arrived over 2 weeks after ordering.There’s also no sign of when I will receive the outstanding item.I’ve also commented on one of your posts to try and get to the bottom of this to no avail. So far, not the best experience.
As many of you…I have not received the sauna yet. Ordered the Black Friday deal and received the insurance & the ice bath. I’ve contacted the customer support and they emailed back the same response as everyone else has received. The insurance should amount to something for an item not received. I’m truly frustrated since this gift was going to someone who truly needed it for their health. I would love to speak to a live person and get an honest answer! Truly disappointed so far and would not recommend dealing with this company. I know things happen…but, this has been very frustrating. I just want to know if I need to look elsewhere for a sauna! Please contact your customers with better details!
Shocking service Iam now almost 21 days and still no delivery I have messaged you countless times with no response. Is this anyway to treat a paying customer?I percused this expecting it to be delivered well before Xmas and now this looks very unlikely with the lack of communication. I'm very tempted to call my credit card company and recall the money I paid you as you have not provided me with the goods that I have purchased.
Beware of the steam pot for the sauna! After using our sauna off and on for a year, the pot suddenly started making a weird noise. I asked my husband to check it for me and as he was reaching over the pot to turn it off, the lid blew off and the blast of steam that came out gave my husband a 2nd degree burn from his wrist to his elbow. I contacted NuRecover to inform them of what happened and the best they could do was to refund me for the sauna. I shared pictures of my husband's arm, gave them information on how much work was missed, and still nothing. Don't buy it*Edit* the reply from Nurecover as well as the email notifications from Trustpilot were in my spam folder. I just saw this reply today. If someone reaches out again, I will respond.
Update from my review belowStill no resolved issue. Still dont have my product in full so i cant use it, or any solutions/product was damaged and a video was sent over/ just lip service to try and show they are doing something. If someone can please get back to me to fix this issue.Im the guy with 12 emails/ 3 VM to your support about my order----------------------------------------------------------This company is horrible at customer service. I bought the sauna and ice bath and I didn’t receive all of the pieces for either the sauna or ice bath. I haven’t heard back from them after 4 emails and a voicemail to try and resolve this issue. Part of my products are either not filled in full or damaged on arrival. If someone would get back to you at all that would be the bare minimum expectation.
