Still didn’t receive my products. Has been almost a month… reached out multiple times to the support with no help and no reply for almost all of my messages. I don’t know what to do, I feel this is a scam and for the amount of money that I have paid, I am about to report this.Update: after this interaction and receiving an update the product finally arrived. Thanks for the customer service.
Ordered sauna and free ice bath 27 November as a Christmas gift, still waiting on delivery even though the page said 3-5 working days. Paid extra for insurance. Keep receiving generic email thanking me for my patience. I am out of patience. No recent replies. No answer on the phone line, request a call back, no one calls back. Very disappointed, feel ripped scammed!
I love my sauna and the customer service that I have experienced so far. The sauna has been great from the set up to the maintenance of the sauna. I have recommended several of my friends from jiu jitsu to buy one of these Nurecover saunas.
Worse thing I did to buy one item missing so unable to assemble .customer service takes over 7 days to respond to you if they bother at all the!I have returned it not good at all still no answer even with updates on returning, by the way you have to pay to return anything just in case you miss that on the site before buying like i did !
I am really enjoying the product .Having that been said I should have waited for the upcoming sale.Can I get a refund on some of the Purchase price?Other manufacturers provide money back in these situations. What is your policy and / or what can be done?
The Nurecover Portable Sauna has become my daily escape! It's easy to set up and use, and I love how it helps me relax and unwind. My only minor gripe is that the instructions could be a bit more detailed, especially for assembly and operating the steam generator. But overall, it's a fantastic product that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable way to enjoy the benefits of sauna therapy.
