I had suffered from severe chronic fatigue and an anxiety disorder for 3 years. So far no psychiatric medication had worked for me. I was unbelievably fatigued, highly stressed and acutely anxious. My quality of life was practically zero. My husband discovered Nurosym during his web research into fatigue and anxiety. Moreover my IBS, another development from my stressed and anxious state, had practically gone. My digestive system had calmed itself. My energy levels rose daily and now, 9 months on, I am back to mental and physical health again. I can only thank the Nurosym for this and continue do use it daily. So, if anything written here strikes a chord with you, I can say that there is no better investment than the Nurosym for mental and physical health and wellbeing.

I have been using Nurosym for two months now. I bought it on the recommendation of a family member who researched it fully. He wanted to deal with inflammation related to arthritis. He has been using it for a number of months with great success.I was feeling tired a lot, low energy, very lethargic and achy so I invested.My experience of Nurosym has been incredible so far. The most noticeable change is a huge increase in energy. I also feel better rested in the morning and feel energised getting out of bed. I think I also detect a reduction in day to day anxiety. It's early days for me, but all in all I feel well and more positive generally.I am using it for 30 minutes twice a day for now. I was using for 45 x 2 but am noticing an increase in my tinnitus so I'm dropping down to see if this helps and find out if it's related.I know it's a big financial investment but I would definitely recommend it based on my own experience.
Inititally all went well. I had a few questions ahead of purchase which were answered promptly (by a human). Then bought the device, been using it for ca 3-4 months, and I do feel like its helping a little (I have chronic migraines and it helps calm a little). However, the earpiece broke after only 3-4 months of usage. I tried to contact customer service via the chat function on the website, and only got some chatbot that kept telling me to restart the device and all sorts of useless trouble shoot. It also kept asking me if I want to speak to a human agent, which I said yes to 4 times, just to get a response with more useless trouble shoot and asking me again if I want to speak to a human agent. I then found previous emails from the care team and responded to that, just to get another response from the/a bot saying that it understands my frustration and suggest to connect me to a human. Which of course has not happened. Conclusion, its good while it lasts (that's why it did get 2*), but would I recommend paying £600 for a device that breaks after 3 months, and without any customer service that is willing to respond and honour its warranties? Definitely not.

I have not yet received the device, but my personal experience so far in dealing with nurosym is a very positive one and very helpful. I am looking forward to receiving the device and will update my review in the coming months with my experience.
