I have been using a Nuropod for about 18 months now. It has been very helpful mitigating many of the symptoms I was experiencing related to dysautnomia such as fatigue, episodes of weakness/faint feeling, hot/cold dysregulation at night, even some mild chest pain I feel with emotional stress. DANGEROUS. After one session of using this product on a low level and following all of the instructions I was left with dizziness and nausea that lasted over two weeks. I was unable to work or drive. These potential issues are not made clear and I have been left with an increase in my CFS symptoms. The company says that they have had no serious complaints and yet making the symptoms of the condition you are trying to help worse - is very serious! Having looked further into this I am not alone in having had this reaction. I am very disappointed and wish i had known this might happen.
First off- the product is great. I got it in May and my whole family have noticed how much calmer I am. It does what it claims to and was exactly what I needed, being stuck in a cycle of stress/anxiety which began in my peri-menopause. It wasn’t stopping me functioning but was definitely impacting my quality of life. I tried all sorts of anxiety management, ate an unprocessed diet and exercised regularly but this product definitely gave me the best results. I did have an issue with the earpiece not functioning after a few months of use. Within a few days of not using the device I noticed increased irritability and anxiety. Support contacted me initially with some problem fixes and when that didn’t work have agreed to send me another without charge.
I still new in using it and can not confirm the result in this short time also some times i forget some times to use it but at all sleeping is better than before and feeling it more deep and wlakup morning more active not best but better than before and hope by time improved
The Nurosym is based on legitimate science and useful. But it is a classic overpriced product with too few competitors yet.For the price of €800 you get:- a cheap plastic device- a cheap segment / line display. Anything.- a custom charger that no one on earth uses- that charger plugs into USB-A, not USB-C- a coiled wire with dodgier ear holding than cheap sports headphones offer- a cheap current deviceYou could, for €100, make a nicer device with an intuitive touch screen or an app, a USB-C charging port so you can take it wherever, and an overear hook so it doesnt fall off when you make the slightest move.Apple sells pocketsized supercomputers for this money. Nurosym sells a plastic box with a current charger, an earpod, and a 1980s casio watch display. Their profits have got to be insane.
