Im have been using the device for 5 months now and it helped me immensely. My anxiety and panic attacks are pretty much gone, I can handle stress better and I sleep really well. For me this was worth every penny and will use for life. Thank you Nurosym.
After 2 years of serious sleep issues, I sleep deeper and longer than ever. On top, I feel more grounded and chilled during the day. Only using this device for two weeks but I hope I can throw away my stash of supplements soon. Miraculous. Thank you. I am getting my life back.
I benefitted a lot from Nurosym to help with managing anxiety. It is very easy to use and quite convenient to carry around and use ubiquitously in a lot of contexts as it looks like as if you are wearing headphones. I had issues with the device and the earpiece after around 6 months after I purchased it (the device stopped charging for a while, then it started working again but then I lost the pulse in the earpiece). However the customer service has been exceptionally responsive and after reviewing my case they adreed to replace the device immediately. I am Currently waiting for my replacement device and I will be updating my review after receiving the new device and after continued use of the device for another couple of months as sometimes replacement devices may be causing some additional issues. But other than that I’d like to thank to Nurosym family and customer care team for all the support throughout. I recommend the device for nervous system regulation for daily relief and long term benefits and know that if you ever experience an issue Nueosym customer care team is very kind and responsive so you can rest assured that your concerns are addressed immediately even after 6 months. I recommend buying this device as alternatives are usually come with a lot more hassle so this one is worth the money in many ways. An interesting thing about the customer care interactions is the fact that I communicated with a different agent everytime I received a new email and I don't know if I was communicating with AI agents etc but nevertheless my issue was resolved swiftly and smoothly so at the end of the day I have had a good experience overall.
Have been using device for over 6 months and it had helped many of my symptoms of m.e. which I am delighted about.I have found customer services to get very helpful. When my ear piece packed up after 3 months, a new one was sent without delay. When I reported that my device stopped charging and the display for the mins was faulty , a brand new device was sent almost immediately and without question. Thank you!
I really wanted to love this product. I work in wellness and have been testing it both on myself and with some friends/clients. I had high hopes, but unfortunately I didn’t notice any improvements in the key areas I was tracking — sleep, digestion, or other markers.They were kind enough to extend my trial to 60 days, which I appreciate, but even with the extra time I haven’t seen meaningful results. At this point, I suspect that the improvements others mention may be more of a placebo effect than actual changes.If the product truly worked, the high cost could be justified. But as it stands, it feels like an overpriced piece of plastic that doesn’t actually deliver on its promises. For something priced around €600, the design and build quality feel very basic — more like something worth €50.I really wanted this to be different, but sadly, I’ll be sending it back.
Having to leave this review as it is impossible to speak to anyone at Nurosym, all that happens when you email them is you get an AI BOT reply requesting same information on it that you have already submitted! Each time I reply, the same AI BOT reply happens.The unit was not suitable for me as it increased anxiety and panic attacks. I contacted the company to return, and it was relatively simple process submitting the relevant details. Then I heard nothing and when trying to contact them for an update all I get is AI responses that don't help at all.I fear there is no support at Nurosym post purchase so be carefully if you are choosing to purchasing of these expensive units.Further update: They responded to this review, but have not contacted me nor refunded me!
I am trying to return this device under the thirty day free trial guarantee. I have emailed three times and nobody is bothering to reply. I am getting worried. This item cost a lot of money, which I can't afford to lose. Order number available on request.
