Had a neurosym around 10 months which I am happy with however guarantee only lasts 6 months ! - how does a £500 piece of kit only have 6 months and not 12 months, the lead to the ear was malfunctioning therefore requested a replacement. The cost is £38, okay I thought but then £19 postage to post something that fits in an envelope !Of course you have to buy it otherwise your device is useless so they have you over a barrel - a very poor way to treat customers in my opinion !!*UPDATE* I have now been contacted by Neurosym who have offered me a full refund which was gratefully accepted so well done them however i hope they will take on board the comments surrounding postage costs for replacement items as this is clearly not right.
After having terrible anxiety my whole life, I decided to buy nurosym and see if it helped. Didn't really want anti anxiety medication if possible but had to do something.I have only used it 3 times so far 30 minutes at a time and I can say despite no positive expectations the feeling of dread i've lived with since a young boy and the stomach tightness/knot feel isn't as strong as 2 days ago. Yes that fast i've noticed a subtle but significant shift.Downside so far is I seem to have immediately experienced a feeling in my ear which has been constant. Not painful something like full ear or when you have a cold and the ear feels blocked up. Slightly annoying but Nurosym have told me it's not unheard of and often settles in 1-2 weeks if experienced so hopefully that will happen. Maybe I started a bit too high in intensity so have been slowly coming down a few notches and will see if over time that resolves it.Great customer support when I reached out to them about this, makes me feel well looked after and safe.Awesome product based on early experience. Will update later all being well when had more chance to use it.
Upon completed order and payment, Nurosym prompts you to answer a survery of some 25 questions. Problem is, that they won't dispatch your order, if you do not answer all questions - some of them quite personal. While they'll probably make the excuse that it is "for safety concerns", most of the questions are related to market research such as where you heard about them etc. Shady way of doing business, overshadowing a potential good product.
Nurosym has been a game changer in reducing the feelings of anxiety I've been experiencing, and stopping my nervous system from being stuck in "fight or flight". Nothing else I've tried has had as quick or as effective an impact as using Nurosym to tone my vagus nerve. I was apprehensive about the cost of the device, but it's been worth every penny for the impact it's had on my health and general wellbeing.
After a month of using my Nurosym I can really feel the difference in my stress response. I have a higher tolerance for stressors as my survival stress response has begun to dial down already. It means the world to me to be experiencing less panic
UPDATED REVIEWSince the review I gave recently (below), Nurosym listened and took onboard feedback, provided an immediate solution to my problem with a more personal reach out, timely follow up and reassurance around support in future. It is clear that with its popularity, Nurosym may occasionally have growing pains and that they do care about their customers’ experience. I am now looking forward to receiving my first Nurosym product and hope the feedback helps with continuous improvement. Written a couple of days ago…. It’s rare I have to write a review like this so sorry guys in advance, I have been trying to purchase a Nurosym device for some weeks now, via referral. First links didn’t work properly and then trying to tie together the referral and vat relief form has seemingly sent the contact centre into circles. There is no phone number to speak to a human and you are never sure how much the chat it is doing versus an actual agent. It can take days to get a response and then to be asked repeat questions or for a form that was already submitted and approved. I really need a product like this but the contact centre and order process has been incredibly off putting ! Please get it together guys and improve your contact centre, and a human phone contact would make a huge difference. I wonder how many customers you are losing which is a huge shame!
