Love how simple it is. From the moment I opened it, the setup was straightforward and user-friendly. It cools fast, holds the temperature steady, and requires almost no effort to maintain, especially with the cleaner it came with. It has easily become one of the best additions to my recovery routine, and I’m glad I chose this model.
I bought the full bundle with chiller, sauna and tub in July and the sauna steamer doesn’t work, the lid cracked and the sauna has torn from limited use. Hopefully the chiller continues otherwise a complete waste of $1,000. I reached out to customer service about warranty and didn’t get a response. Don’t get fooled into buying this garbage.
I rarely leave reviews, but this felt necessary. The cold plunge I received is not what’s advertised. The material is flimsy, it doesn’t insulate well, and the stitching started to fray after a few uses. I emailed customer service with photos, and their response was robotic at best. The worst part? A quick Google image search led me to multiple Chinese marketplaces selling the exact same tub for under $100. I paid over six times that. This isn’t a custom-built product, it’s a low-cost import with a big logo and a bigger markup. Disappointing to say the least.
This felt like a premium brand when I placed the order — nice website, professional photos, big promises. But when the product arrived, I could instantly tell it was mass-produced. It’s a thin, inflatable cold plunge that can’t hold its shape well and has poor thermal retention. After a bit of online research, I saw the same tub listed under different names on Temu and Shopee for a fraction of the cost. I don’t mind paying for quality, but there was none here. You’re essentially paying for the marketing, not the product. I’d absolutely avoid this brand.
I gave it a chance. Used it for about a week before it started leaking from the side seam. I was super gentle with it, followed all setup instructions, and still ran into problems. When I contacted support, they gave me the usual “try reinflating” advice. Eventually I gave up. Out of curiosity, I reverse searched the product and found it all over AliExpress. Same photos, same measurements, same tub — just without the Titan logo. That was the final straw. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s not a real product, just a branded import.
Stay away from this company; they don't deliver on their promises and have a DIRTY return policy! I hated my product, and when I went to return it, it took me over 20 days to get it done, because every time there was some issue that needed to be resolved. When I finally received my refund, the company simply kept 10% of the total amount... Total dishonesty!!!
