I’ll never buy from the again. Ordered two $800 desks and we never received a confirmation #. 10 days later we call to get an update on the shipping. They tell us they were waiting on US to call them about the shipping and they don’t know where it’s at.
I need an laptop purchase quickly do to leaving state shortly. I seen one i liked explained situation. They said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days, so i purchased the laptop. On the 4th day got an email stating the laptop I purchased was discontinued in stores and is on back order. That ment it wouldn't be in in time. Went back to store to cancel that laptop order. to purchase a laptop that was on hand there or elsewhere. They wouldn't give my money because I paid with my debit card. Said the company wouldn't charge me until they shiped it. Showed man my bank account statement that they had already taken the money out of my account. The man said now that the order was canceled the money would be back in my account in 48 hours. It didn't. So called corporate. They said I would get my money in 3 to 5 business days. 8th day still no money back. So called corporate again. Was told it was in process and will mail me a check. It will take 3 weeks to get my check. I have a feeling they will never give me my money back. Talking to a layer.
*********Update: They got delivery service to find my order and re-deliver******** Usually get good service and fast delivery on orders. I think they may have changed shippers. Received email from Office Depot that my orders were delivered. Unfortunately, they were not delivered here and no one knows where they are. They were left at the loading dock, except we don't have a loading dock and neither do our neighbors. Both chat and phone are answered by an automated system that tell you your order was delivered. Hard to finally reach a real person and explain problem. We'll see if the re-shipment shows up.
They curse over phone and make jokes on you on customer service.They about to bankrupt for sure as they treat customers like garbage! Will never buy from them ever again and recommend to all to do business with brands that cares about customer care and not sending it overseas without any monitoring.Group of foreigners kids makes jokes and curse you over the phone and hangs up when you ask a supervisor.
Ordered two filing cabinets. Received first cabinet damaged. Called them and they said they would send a replacement cabinet which arrived damaged as well. Meanwhile both cabinets are still sitting in my house waiting for pick up (trucker was a no show) and Office Depot has charged my credit card for the original cabinet and the replacement cabinet. Product is packaged poorly and shouldn't be shipped. Customer service has no clue!!!!
The Business Select program sounds like a good deal; for $29 first year trial, you get $3 per recycled ink cartridge instead of $2, and free delivery.Alas, most of the time, they don't properly credit you for your recycled cartridges (yes, I followed the rules EXACTLY). Nearly every month you need to call in and ask for your Depot Dollars (rewards). Worse yet, the last few orders I've placed have been cancelled 15 days later. If you used Depot Dollars that have since expired, they don't re-credit you that amount. Say you buy some boxes for $30 on July 20th with Depot Dollars that were expiring on July 31st. On August 5th they cancel the order. You don't get the $30 Depot Dollars back. What a great scam for the company. Your $30 went for nothing.You can call & ask to fix it, it's like pulling teeth, last time took ONE HOUR before they said they'd take care of it. We'll see, I'd say they are only about 75% on taking care of things they promise.And now, I have no idea what to actually order, what with every order getting cancelled ... I guess I will need to go in store & buy stuff, but that's not what I wanted to do.
Placed a order for items last month were supposed to be delivered on 8-18 spent 2 weeks with customer service and resolution team. A replacement order was supposed to be delivered on 9-2....keep telling me 3rd party shipping can't give info and customer service has no info on corporate phone numbers. How do you become a multi million dollar company when you have no idea about your shipment of packages let alone the lies I've been told the past 3 weeks?
