I've never know customer service or lack of like it.!! I placed an order for Christmas on the 16th Dec 2022 it was left on doorstep and never received. I reported this straight away once discovered. No reply to messages. I finally got a response after Christmas to say it was being looked into... 5 says later I was told I would then need to fill in a form to say it wasn't received.. after habing to contact you again 9 days later I finally got the form emailed across. I filled this in and sent straight back that day... 8 days on still nothing from you!! So orderednon 16th Dec we are now at 26th Jan no item no refund .....no response! Its disgraceful
Got sent one trainer, reported it to the customer service team straight away. Kept emailing them and just getting an automated response. Had to open a dispute with my payment provider to sort this out and they came back with asking me to send them the shoe back and they'll send me a replacement "3 MONTHS LATER MAY I ADD". At this point, I do not wish to have a replacement, but my money back. I am happy to return the one shoe I received, but I want my money back first. They have sent me one shoe which is not what I have paid for, therefore I have the right to get my money back, I should not be inconvenienced for THEIR error.
I would genuinely avoid this company if you can. I bought from them years ago and was sent a pair of ex display trainers, but they were sold as brand new. That was about 10 years ago; I didn’t buy from them again after that. Recently they had a number of collectible trainers that I liked and I thought I’d give them a try again; this is truly unbelievable. An order a few weeks back, limited edition kerwin frost adidas, they arrive and the box is crushed beyond belief, possibly explained by the fact they sent the trainers out in bags rather than boxes!. That’s minor compared to my order a few days ago. Limited edition adidas m&m trainers, as listed on the website they come in a fancy box, additional fabric bag, and various different attachments for the trainers to personalise them. Here’s what I got; their own branded box, so the box was missing altogether. No additional attachments as specified, no fabric bag; and here’s the best one, someone had taken the insoles out the trainers. Absolutely disgusting. I’m now contacting PayPal to ask for my money back. AVOID!!!FAO offspring customer service. I have again provided you with my customer details. These details were already sent in the email I sent to both you directly and your CEO’s office, as well as PayPal. Half a pair of trainers!, seriously!. Here’s what I need to complete this order (before we even talk about the damage). The original box, the insoles which people tend to think they would get with trainers!, and the various attachments to complete the trainers which should have come in a separate bag within the original box, the original box that you didn’t bother giving me!. Honest to god, your service is frightening!. Please note, after I get my refund for these trainers I will be pursuing partial refunds on my last two orders whereby every limited edition box was damaged because you sent them out in plastic bags. You then claimed it wasn’t your fault, so did you not send the trainers out in plastic bags?. I have asked PayPal for £78 back, that was the cheapest pair of trainers I bought (the ones I got half of), but I want my £4.99 back on both deliveries, and partial refunds for the damaged limited edition boxes for the other trainers, I also expect something in the way of an apology. I contacted you and you fobbed me off. Most of the time I can’t be bothered complaining to companies about their failings, but not this time, that was the final straw, I will be pursuing this!
I ordered a pair of shoes in size 37,5 and I received 38. I also payed costums of €21,68 because I live in the Netherlands. Now I am trying to contact/mail the offspring helpcentre but I get no response! What can I do now? Because if I send the package in return, how I’m gonna know if they received it. And I also need to pay the shipping cost to the UK from the Netherlands and then I also lost my costums money that I payed to receive the package. Don’t trust the webshop offspring. Because they make mistake and don’t reach when you send any mail.
On the online Check in Store says avalable in store, so i made my way to the store and they say none available, and the same item is showing from past 3 weeks available in the Camden london store and still not updated, anyways never wanted to be a part of this cheap store so its useless to complain also but just wanted to drop a line here
