Review Time
Ordered a pair Made in England Dr Martens, which no longer seemed to be available on that site. Having subsequently read all the negative reviews here, I was a little concerned, to say the least. However, the shoes were dispatched the next working day, and I have received them today via Yodel, 3 days after I placed the order. An excellent service...... Quick update. Ordered a second pair of the same shoes in a different colour. Again, arrived in 3 days. Two purchases and two very positive experiences.
After so many negative reviews, I was so scared that the same would happen to my order, however, my order came fast and within the time promised. I had recently exchanged my item due to getting a size wrong and was happy to see the level of customer service. I was able to get an exchange quickly and with no hassle!
It's been 5 working days and I still don't have a tracking number... I paid even though it said the money would be taken out at dispatch and my order still hasn't been dispatched! This honestly feels like a scam website, don't order here!
Paid for next day delivery last week which still hasn’t arrived. Customer service take 5 days to respond which is too slow. I have had to try and track down the parcel company and looks like they’ve lost it. Baffled as to what I’ve paid for, as it was more expensive than competitors.
