Review Time
Won’t be using this company again. I ordered a pair of Nike trainers. I then noticed that the order had gone through twice. I contacted them within 37 minutes of the order going through and they said that they couldn’t cancel it as the order had been processed. Seriously? This was in the evening so I don’t know how they managed to process the order so quickly. The order was dispatched two days later which means that they had plenty of time to cancel the order. I’ve now got the hassle of sending the shoes back. Absolutely dreadful experience.
Ordered some jordan atmospheres, didnt dispatch or send me a cancel email.Once i chased up they advised it had been cancelled. The funds are still being held. If i never asked they would have just held the money absolute thieving company. Much better service at END clothing. AVOID if possible. ***UPDATE*** MONEY STILL BEING HELD BY THEM. IDK WHY
Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Won a raffle to collect/buy some Nike dunks (1st win in about 6 years of trying) but unfortunately broke my leg at workSo could not travel/walk to the Selfridges store to collect. Given my situation I messaged x 4 on Instagram and x 3 emails to their customer service team to inform them of my unfortunate situation, finally had a reply from customer service who bassicly fobbed me off with false promises….. had no reply since…. Will never shop with these clowns again!!!
Bromley offspring I went to offspring to pick a pair of trainers up which was order on line deliver in to the store i go in the shop the lady told me its not in i said i have a message to say it was delivered she said it must be in jd she never look on the computer to see if it was there i wait in jd for 20 min the lady was so nice she said they do it all the time telling customers to go jd because they cannot be bother to look on there tablet went back to offspring it was there the guy said she should of look on the ipad
Load of crap can not stand this website every single dunk drop the bots are eating everything up in seconds the amount of money this shop makes surely they can sort out some sort of bot blocking it’s disgusting normal people don’t have a chance of buying anything they want !!
Yeay I now have a pair of Stockholms. I took a chance based on these reviews because I really wanted a pair from the last release. They sold out everywhere but here and even then only had small sizes left. Sometimes there are advantages to being a midget. They arrived today via Yodel with a delivery number slot I could track and they are pukka proper and bloody lovely. Thanks offspring
