I would not even give this company 1 star, if that was possible.I wished now that I took all the negative reviews on Trustpilot about Offspring more serious. Unfortunately I didn’t because I wanted the Nike Air Max 1 sneakers so badly. I learned my lesson!I ordered the sneakers in the EU size, as I’m from Holland. After a few days I received a mail from DPD, that I had to pay customs costs to have my package delivered. Totally forgot about this. I paid €21,63 in total. Then it arrived the day after and when I opened the box, I could already see by the shoe itself that they sent me the wrong size. This was size 37,5! When I checked the size chart, I found out that for this model they used the Nike Men’s sizing chart, and not the Nike Women’s chart. So instead of receiving size 36,5 (UK women’s 3,5), I received a UK men’s 4 which is 37,5. After directly contacting the customer service, I already knew that this was a lost try to get this settled with this company, having the negative reviews in the back of my mind. Almost 2 weeks later and it’s still not arranged by them. The the last CS employee who contacted me (Clare) even blamed me for ordering the wrong size myself. Well Clare, do your homework first about Nikes women’s and men’s sizes before sending me such a useless answer back. Due to your incorrect sizing chart, I received the wrong size!!!! Go to the model and swop from UK size to Eu size and you will see that this is not aligned. How hard can it be. I keep the bigger size now, and try to sell it to someone else, because it’s a lost case to solve this annoying matter with Ofspring. Have no trust in receiving an fully refund back (including the customs costs) when I ship it back. Then I loose my money and the shoes. People from the Netherlands, do not order from this website. Even though it’s appealing to do so. You have to pay extra costs (customs), and when it goes wrong with the size, or your article has a faulty, you can forget about having it arranged correctly. Take an example what happend now to me.
Avoid. There is no contact number and it’s cost me £9.51 to return some trainers, this is the worst returns system I’ve ever used. I will never buy anything from Offspring again. I should have read the reviews here first, as I’ve now I understand they take a further £2.50 off the refund (which I hope I’ll receive, again, judging by the previous reviews) which makes no sense as I’ve paid to send them back?!Reply to offspring: I used the link to the collect plus website you mentioned in your response.
Absolutely shocking, I ordered online some sneakers/trainers and didn't recieve it after 7 days.. No contact number or reply on email about the item.. I can't believe its that rubbish company.. I should have read reviews before purchasing.. I will never ever use again.. Thanks offspring for pathetic service..How do I get refund?
. Worst experience ever. I bought a pair of shoes 22 days ago. My parcel was retained at customs, I tried everything to unblock the shipment but there was no response from Offspring side. There is no phone to contact and lack of response by mail (and when they respond in totally unhelpful).At this time, I dont have my parcel neither my money.
I saw some shoes which I liked from the pictures on Offspring's site and bought them. After placing my order, I then noticed Offspring provide a style code on the page and I searched it and was surprised to see the shoes were not the same style as Offspring supplied. I contacted Offspring immediately on Facebook and asked them to verify whether the pictures on the site was what I would receive. Otherwise, I would like to cancel the order before it is dispatched. They fobbed me off and assured me the shoes pictured on their site are the shoes I will receive. The shoes arrived and they did not match the pictures provided on their site! I have contacted Offspring on Facebook and not received a response in days from them. I sent an email and was given standard wording about how I can return the shoes. The problem is that I have paid £4.99 for delivery costs and if I return by post Offspring will deduct £2.50 from the refund too. As a consumer who has been misled I don't see why I should be penalised £7.50 because Offspring did not provide images of the product they were going to dispatch! Offspring made the mistake and I am paying for it. I am yet to receive any further response or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience from Offspring and will have to dispute this transaction with my bank as fraudulent.
Hi I’ve just ordered my daughter some converse play as these are all the rage for teenage girls atm so she was so excited that her size was finally in stock, She has saved up her own money on her go Henry account to pay for these at £130 which is a lot of money but are nice treat for her. After I ordered I seen some terrible reviews regarding offspring orders now I’m really concerned that my daughters order will either be damaged or not arrive at all and She has lost £130 which I and most people right now can not afford to do Please can I get some form of confirmation that I will receive my order in perfect condition and in the 3-5 working days as stated thanks for your helpI have sent an email but no confirmation that email has been received so far. They had an internal mistake that let me not able to collect my order from the office store at watford and till now no one either resend my order back or refund my money.. totally pathetic service.. avoid avoid and avoid as simply they don’t care about neither their reputation or their customer.. avoid if you are clever..
Thief’s Order pair of slate Yeezys to which was meant to be delivered with yodel & when I collected them the box had been damaged (the packaging) was ripped at corner. I opened the box to which the shoes were not inside !! Absolute joke consider they courier delivered this to a shop for me to collect !Reported this straight away to which they said they would investigate. The company’s customer service is probably one of the worse I’ve ever experienced they took absolute ages to reply or even act knowledge my email so I messaged on Facebook. After several days they denied the claim said that the parcel was not damaged.I returned the empty box back to them and they said they won’t be refunding anything £200 for a empty box ! To anyone reading this go shop else where they won’t help you at all !
