Please could i be refunded asap please ordered an item for next day delivery from Offspring to be delivered last Friday since then i have had no response or further communication regarding where my order is or what has happened?Where is my order please i have had no response back from you at all it was supposed to be a next day delivery to be delivered last Friday can i be refunded pls asap:Why is there a complete lack of communication from yourselves in regards to customer service interaction in a timely manner to keep customers updated with what is going on or not going on in my case?No contact number for yourselves makes the situation even more frustrating.At this point please just respond back to help me obtain a refund is this possible Offspring?
Went on 30.09 at 11:20 to buy new pair of Yeezy 350 Bone at Selfridges, the woman with long black hair showed me two pairs, but they were damaged (too many deep folds). I asked her to show me more pairs, but I was told that they only have these 2. That was definitely a lie, because I could see more boxes.Then a man came, he was really rude to me and told me to leave and that I'm not welcome here. Also he added that they have a "rule": I can buy only my size and 1 pair (I needed only one pair, but a smaller size as a present for my girlfriend).Just a bunch of lazy kids "working" there.That is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Expected more from selfridges.
Just wanted to come on here and write a review after reading a few bad ones.I absolutely could not fault the service from start to finish. Good communication from the company, fast shipping and trainers were in stock where they had been out of stock at a lot of other shops. 5* service.
I ordered some Nike trainers online three weeks ago, but when I received my delivery, instead of it being shoes it was a child’s toy. I contacted them via messenger (incidentally the initial email that I sent to customer service was ignored) and have since spent the last three weeks communicating via email in an attempt to get the shoes I ordered, or a refund. I have been fobbed off and treated terribly by various people, and they have refused to take responsibility for what has happened. I have requested details of their complaints department in several emails, and have been ignored each time. I have basically been scammed and ripped off, and I wonder how many other people have had this happen to them.Their customer service is absolutely appalling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bought a pair of trainers, but unsuitable. I started the returned process, and I was alarmed to find out that I would be charged £2.50 to return this item. Even after an intensive delivery charge had incurred to deliver this item. I contacted Offspring, with a view to an explanation to why this was, with no explanation offered.As a frequent online shopper, I have never incurred this before, and needless to say will not be shopping with Offspring again!
Possibly the worst shop, they hide shoes from people, I went in yesterday at the selfridges branch on the womens floor, saw a pair of shoes me and my girlfriend wanted, so genuinely I asked for my size and they didn’t have so I then asked for my girlfriend size to which they responded that the pair on shelf was the last one which the people in front of me bought. So unfortunately I left empty handed. My friend who was around called me and told me 10mins later after I had came in that he managed to get a pair from the same shop in the same size I asked for, bunch of liars and even told me there was a queue as many people managed to buy that shoe, why lie to your customers offspring and then sell to resellers?
Offspring Kingston staff disrespected me and my parents. My mum and dad went to do a return and the staff was very uncooperative and rude, threw the receipt at them then proceeded to throw the pair of shoes down onto the floor behind the counter then he said “What else do you want”. Second time I bought a pair of shoes for my self and they were too small, went to change the size and he told me I can’t buy them in the next size up… I was refused service for no reason? Sort your staff out.
