I’ve ordered 4 pairs of trainers from offspring due to not being able to get them elsewhere and have been delighted with each purchase. The selection is great, they always manage to get restocks of the trainers I like. The buying process is straight forward with good delivery options. My deliveries have always arrived within a couple of days, I get regular updates on progress of my order. For my experiences with them I can’t rate them highly enough.
So sick of trying to order something that is a new release. Every time is says unavailable but it is still on the website. They should find a way that people can order so it’s on yew are nit boys and it’s frustrating. The only people that are getting to buy these new releases are the resellers so nice one Offspring you’re doing a good job, not.
Ive purchased so many trainers from this company as I can positively assure you all that im an avid collector of only Nike air max 90s and 97 deluxe's also Jordan 3 4 and 5s.but theres no issues that ive had apart from when they say they be here in 3 days it takes 2 days so that's what ya call how real dealership are supposed too be.top notch offspring is
I was nervous after reading their reviews but they were the only site who had AF1s in my size so I gave them a chance, and I'm glad I did. They arrived on time, double boxed as promised. From what I've seen, their customer service isn't great, which is why their reviews are so bad. But they're a genuine retailer and I'd recommend.
I ordered the same pair of trainers 3 times now, every time i received a faulty pair! Each time i have asked for an exchange and was given a refund so i had to order them all over again. I also had to argue with you and show you pictures to get my postage money refunded. It is like you don’t check your products before sending them out
Pretty good service. A bit surprised to pay £5 for delivery despite paying £130 for the shoes. Most places would have a free delivery for orders over £50, £75 or £100. Stated on the order details it would be “double boxed.” When it arrived the (one) box had a pretty big cut in it where it had been bashed. Expected better when spending a fair chunk.Edit- After contacting their customer support, they checked with the warehouse and confirmed it was not double boxed and have refunded the delivery fee. This was a nice gesture and is appreciated. From other reviews, looks like the service in store is better than web orders. Looks like some work in their warehouse/quality assurance is needed.
