I bought some boots and received an email informing me that they had been dispatched to the store and that I would receive another email to let me know when they were ready for collection. I next received an email telling me that the boots had been returned and I would be refunded. I suspect they never had any stock in the first place. I sent two emails asking for an explanation and received two replies that left my questions unanswered. At least I have received the refund.
The company should have a contact number. I can’t believe that a huge company and selling themselves as legit does not even have a contact number to file complaints a and concerns with the order. We have been e-mailing them but no answer. This will be the first and last order through this company. Please do not order!
1 star is too much for this company. Considering they are supposed to be a 'high end' company. I ordered a pair of 4d futurecraft in core black (GREEN BOTTOM) - I received two completely different shoes! They noted this down as a 'training issue'. I thought this was still shocking but was willing to forget about it as I returned them (using my own money as they do not offer free returns). I was told I would be reimbursed this back but I have now been told that this will be put onto my klarna balance which is appalling seen as it is so close to Christmas and I was told I would receive the money back(not in credit to pay off the trainers that I have been sent incorrectly).Fast forward to yesterday, I received my exchange parcel. I HAVE STILL BEEN SENT THE INCORRECT SHOES. I was told that my parcel would be handled with care the next time around. Offspring clearly do not care about their company's customer service. How do you send out the incorrect shoes TWICE. This is for a Christmas present and I have the extra stress of having to trust offspring to send me the correct one once I have sent my 2nd parcel back as it is so close to Christmas. They claim that they check their parcels once over before sending them out. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE. Offspring - I do not want an automated reply back to this review trying to explain how sorry you are because you should live upto your expectations as a high end company without me having to send back my parcel TWICE as my order is STILL INCORRECT. Please don't try and note this down as a training issue either. The company is incompetent of getting orders right no matter how much training they receive - CLEARLY. The customer service is hard to reach. I was emailing help@offspring as it stated on the website, at first I was receiving a response and then it started saying undeliverable. I then tried to find a contact number - there isn't one. Therefore, I had to turn to Facebook messenger. The company make this so you aren't able to contact them about their mess ups. If I could enter images here of the shoes I was sent - you would see that they are completely different and no normal person would be able to mess that up. Sort it out.UPDATE - I have now been told that the shoes I originally ordered are out of stock therefore, I can't even get my original product due to OFFSPRING/OFFICE messing my order round left right and centre. Angry isn't even the correct term of use.
I could do zero stars I would I ordered an item and immediately realized it wasn't the right thing I emailed to cancel the order less than 5 minutes afterwards and was told it couldn't be canceled and I'd have to return the item now I'm being told it'll be two to three hundred American dollars to return it which means I'd lose money just to return it. The whole experience has been horrible and I'll never buy another item from them ever. I was never told that I'd have to pay for shipping to return the item otherwise I would have never purchased it.
