Prior to purchasing my trainers from…

Prior to purchasing my trainers from this site I was apprehensive because of the reviews, but I went ahead and ordered anyway because the deal was so good. I made the order on December 24th and by today December 30th they had arrived. I have to say, considering the time of the year I am very impressed at the speed in which they were dispatched. F the haters.

Sh*te customer service. Avoid.

Ordered some trainers with 3 - 5 day delivery, after the tracker said after 8 days they were getting loaded onto the van, and said this for the next 4 days I contacted offspring who said just wait, I asked for a refund of the 3.99 delivery cost as it was taking the oiss a bit, they said no, just wait. Eventually, the parcel was returned to sender as it failed to be delivered. Offspring said would I like a refund or another pair sending out, I said another pair and refund the 3.99 as its been over 2 weeks, what did they do, send me refund for the trainers but not the delivery cost. Then emailed to say sorry we already refunded this cost.Absoutle nightmare of a company with no regard for customers. AVOID.

I really wish I read these reviews…

I really wish I read these reviews before ordering. My order W61798333 has not arrived and the “track my order” link is not working on the DPD website. I have sent 3 emails as well as an Instagram message with no reply whatsoever. I have no idea where my parcel is or if it will even arrive before Christmas. Worst customer service experience in a long time. Extremely disappointedUPDATE: I contacted DPD and it’s clear the parcel will not be delivered before Christmas. I am now refusing to pay the €28 customs fee. I am requesting a refund. However, I have still not received ONE reply to my emails or messages. Can I please get confirmation that I will receive this refund?

Where’s my order

Order number: W61814340I ordered this 3 days ago and paid for next day delivery I haven’t got a dispatch confirmation yet and it’s been over more than 24 hours. I’ve emailed and still haven’t gotten a response. Now 5 days till Christmas and package still hasn’t arrived, down £135 with no Christmas present to give to a friend. This company is a joke don’t buy from here.

Very poor service (and courier!)

Very, very poor service. Placed an order, which allegedly sat with the courier (Yodel...enough said!) for 19 days before being cancelled. Left with 6 days before Christmas to try and get a replacement. Was told if I wanted a replacement it would delieverd "standard post" and not gauranteed of being here in time for Christmas. I had to contact them 5 times and Yodel 5 times to chase it up.Now £100 down and no present 6 days before Christmas......thanks Offspring!

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Paid for trainers and delivery, 4 weeks and no trainers. My Air Jordan 1's have gone 'missing'. Got a refund today but not been refunded delivery charge! Are they serious?!!??! No trainers, stressed and out of pocket! This is not good enough.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They firstly cancelled my order without telling me in anyway OR refunding me.Then, I stupidly decided to give them another chance (shoes were a great deal) and but I'm still waiting for them weeks later.The company is a pure scam, their customer service is beyond poor and I will now have to go through my bank to get my money back.Just avoid them at all costs. I see they are replying here with bogus and lies to other customers. Please do not fall for it like I did!
