Double box delivery? 😂

Never heard a word, have actively avoided them as a company now. Received an order which was supposed to be double boxed (this is extra BTW) arrived with just a shoe box completely damagedWas informed more or less these things happen, refused to refund me my original delivery charge and wanted a return fee. If it arrived double boxed as paid for they would have been fine. So I'm out of pocket to return the shoes when it was there mistake.Emailed and got nowhere. Would avoid in future.

Good Product, Legit but Late

Like many others, I saw the negative reviews only after placing my order for the black toe Jordan 1 and then became sceptical. The shoes arrived and are absolutely legit. The reason for 4 stars is that the box is slightly damaged (one corner is torn) and the delivery was slow, poorly communicated and later than promised. I'd recommend that Offspring change their courier as it appears many of their poor reviews come as a result of using Yodel.

I was genuinely shocked to see so many bad reviews. Bought the leopard sambas after signing up to The Sole Supplier. Was alerted and purchased! No hassle whatsoever. Yodel definitely aren’t my preferred sender but they were fine! Trainers in mint condition!

Well ordered a pair of the Nike Air Max…

Well ordered a pair of the Nike Air Max Premiums the valentines day ones for my partner they actually got delivered pretty quick to be fair and she was looking forward to receiving them as they was a gift anyway the box came smashed to pieces which isn't the biggest issue the major concern was the state of the trainers inside the shoes all dirt and the bottom of the shoes looked like someone had been running in the dirt was full of mud its not really fair when you spend a lot of money to receive something in this condition surely someone would have had to have checked these before they went out phoned up the store wasn't helpful saying they cant do anything surely i should just be able to walk into the store and exchange them or get a refund now i have to wait for a e-mail back which god knows how long it will take but also now the person who's gift these trainers are will be waiting even longer because no one checked to see if these trainers was in a acceptable state before sending them out like i said fast delivery but the quality of the product shocking

Order cancelled without notification.

Adidas Gazelles ordered in the sale. One week later, no despatch email. I emailed customer services & got a reply a day later, saying the order was cancelled as they 'had no perfect stock available', whatever that means. They said an email was sent, could have gone to junk. There was definitely no email sent. Strangely, the trainers are still on the web site & apparently in stock. I wish I'd read the reviews on here first. Luckily, no money was debited from my account. On the plus side, I found a similar pair £5 cheaper on the Size website, which I've used before & had no issues with.
