Avoid at all costs

Ordered some converse 2 weeks ago, they never arrived. Customer service said they would look into it and I ended up looking into it with yodel myself. They said they never received a parcel from them to be delivered and never reached depot. Company said they were missing in transit. Asked me if I would like a replacement, I said yes, 2 days later received a message saying I would be refunded instead. Customer service is slow and the fact they use yodel is terrible as they are shocking. Wish I read reviews before buying.

They use Yodel - Don't bother

Won't be using again for the sheer fact they use Yodel!**28th Oct - returning them! Delivery occurred without notification on Saturday - Yodel take no responsibility for the damaged box that's no longer in a presentable condition - these were supposed to be double boxed! Offspring clearly aren't bothered either. Sick of dealing with them both. They're going back! Wish I'd never bothered (and no, I'm not emailing yet another department, I'm sick of being passed around & back and fourth as it is). ***Update 25th Oct - after being told (by both sides) it's at the depot I drove over an hour each way only to find it's not there!!! An utter joke. Why would I even want them after this!!*****Update 22/Oct: yet more confusion! Yodel Cs say its at their Depot (for the next 7 days) Offspring say it's on its way back to them. Yodel tracking says"We have it',manage your delivery preferences" which I did days ago!! What an utter mess. Not a single apology from either so far!***Once Yodel get involved they'll only add to your confusion.. Basically Offspring expect you to take days off work just to be able to get the parcel, all whilst Yodel emails you with options to adjust delivery preferences that will only be ignored because Offspring want you to be home and nothing else!First delivery attempt was on a Friday, on the missed delivery email Yodel claim they would deliver the following day - Saturday - but oh no, that would make too much sense (we were in all day)! Instead they'll return on Monday when you're unlikely to be in again.When you sign up as directed by their email you won't be able to find your parcel as it'll say "no parcel is connected with this email" despite you using the same one..Despite the email saying you can collect from a locker, you can't..If you download the app as suggested thinking it will offer more options don't bother - ALL SEVEN options from Delivery to a Locker, A neighbour, A safe place etc etc are ALL unavailable thanks to Offsprings need for everyone to be home for a simple pair of trainers!?!Despite changing your delivery preferences with your profile on Yodel they'll be ignored..The missed delivery card will have no contact details on despite it saying "unless I hear from you today.." (How, by carrier pigeon!?)Leaving a note further reiterating your delivery preferences (a box inside a safe place away from view) it will also be ignored..You'll then be forced to collect from your "local depot" which they can't be bothered to write on the card, so you'll have to contact their CS that can't help you other than parroting you'll need to collect it - that I know now to be over 30 mile round trip!! You'll also get no apologies for the confusing emails allowing you to believe you can actually set preferences to get your parcel when in fact it's a generic, unhelpful email with useless info just to further waste your time, just like waiting in on a Saturday -ZERO care from Yodel, 0 apologies.Why are you using them and accepting this sloppy service thinking it's acceptable for your customers!???Until you stop using the countries worst courier company & give no opportunities to get your parcel other than take days off because of your "open door delivery only" requirement I won't bother again!?!?! It's ruining your customers experience with you and replying with a standard 'email us' response simply isn't good enough. So I for one wont bother again, my first and lasting impression is that it's not worth the agro!

Wrong Size Sent — Very Disappointed

Order an expensive pair of Nike Air Max Plus which I needed in time for holiday. Ordered a UK Size 12 which showed in stock and was sent a 11.5. Absolutely shoddy. Clearly a complete lack of quality control in the Picker & Packer department. Certainly not what I expected from a large company. AVOID

I had no choice but to order from this website as the shoes I wanted were just released and out of stock everywhere but a few pairs left here. I was worried as I read the reviews on here.I ordered them on Friday morning, had an email to say they had received the order then had an email Friday evening to say they had been dispatched, then an email followed from Yodel to say they had received them. The email didn’t have a tracking number. Sat morning I got another email from yodel with a time slot for delivery. The order was delivered with no issues and the order was perfect!

Ordered confirmed on 30/04/25, money taken.Email today 04/05/25 telling me that “We are very sorry but due to limited stock availability the below item(s) could not be dispatched to you” - why send an email confirming the order & then 4 days later contradict that having taken payment.That’s rhetorical as we know your mates have to be sorted first. **EDIT** Your response is a complete & utter get out of jail free card. Nowhere on the CONFIRMATION of order email does it state the caveat which I can see within your website T & C’s & what you quote here around orders not being guaranteed. Furthermore the CONFIRMATION email informs me that the next email I’ll receive is delivery details. This is very misleading practice & should be clear on the CONFIRMATION email you send that this does not constitute the guarantee of the item being provided, not give the impression that the order has been accepted & will be processed for delivery. I’m also not buying in 2025 that with modern stock taking technology that OFFICE can allow the over ordering of items - even a quick search over various review sites shows that you cancel orders on a regular basis of “hype” drops & I know for a fact why because it’s a small world when you get talking to people & find out where they’ve worked. If this was a raffle, I fully understand then that by entering it is not a guarantee of the item being supplied but when you receive a CONFIRMATION of order that has no caveats on it around the potential for the order to be cancelled, you can understand how you begin to alienate customers & also the rumours of backdooring start to make sense. Maybe it shouldn’t be called a CONFIRMATION of order & it should be called “IF ANY OF OUR MATES HAVEN’T MANAGED TO SCORE, WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER & DIRECT IT TO THEM.” If you have a coherent stock management system it does not take you from Wednesday to Sunday to inform people that you didn’t in fact have the stock. Let’s see what happens with tonight’s drop as I have quite a few contacts who have CONFIRMATION emails.
