Review Time
It has been 3 days since I placed an order on the website, but I have yet to receive a tracking code to track the order. Also noticed there is no contact number available apart from support email, which takes 3–5 days to respond.This has left me confused about the status of my order.
Managed to get a good deal on some Air Jordan 1 Lows for £50. They cancelled my order the next day even though I can still order the same shoes for £100 today. Disgrace and you can't even get hold of them/ I've sent email and await a response. Can't wait for them to tell me it's a stock issue!
Purchased Jordan 1’s only to have the ordered cancelled. Initially advised it was due to low stock, then told it was due to incorrect pricing.It’s a shame this isn’t the only problem I’ve experienced with offspring with regards to sales being cancelled.
I placed my first ever order with OFFSPRING and had to wait nearly a month for a resolution after my parcel went missing. I had to chase multiple times for updates, and despite the delay being entirely out of my control, the only “compensation” they offered was a 20% discount on a future order—meaning I’d have to spend more money with them to benefit. After communicating how this compensation was unacceptable, they were very dismissive and just said the discount will remain on my account if I change my mind.To make matters worse, when the replacement orders finally arrived, neither were double-boxed, so the shoe boxes were badly damaged and one appeared to have been taped up. Poor customer service, slow responses, and careless packaging—wouldn’t order again.
Its been 4 days since i have placed order but i havnt got any any single email about confirmation and got one customer care number to ask but didnt work. Is it a scam now. I have order number too as fortunately i took the screenshot when i placed order
I ordered trainers online. I asked for the order to be cancelled as per distance selling rights as I got some On Cloudswifts instead. They still decided to ship the item but then cancelled the delivery to me and have asked Yodel to bring the shoes back to them. They then said they couldn’t refund until they got the shoes back from Yodel. For all I know Yodel will lose them or take weeks. They were adamant they can hold my money hostage until they get the shoes back and wouldn’t budge. The order was cancelled and I was due my money back.After emailing back and forth for over a week it was clear that they were not going to refund in a hurry. They contacted me on Trustpilot and promised a refund but then 2 days later I got an email from their customer service team saying I couldn’t have one until they had the shoes.Back to square one.Exasperated I managed to find a phone number for Office (who own them) online and called that. Turned out it was a bloke in the finance team’s desk phone. Reiterating my dismay and telling him I would just keep calling back he took my number and said someone would be in touch.20 mins later I got a call from the customer service manager who agreed to refund the item and sent email confirmation. 36 hours later my money is now back in my account. I have changed this from a 1* to 2* review given that with a lot of persistence they did refund before Yodel deliver them back to Offspring HQ in 2026. What is clear is that Offspring’s customer service teams and social media teams do not communicate and that holding onto people’s money is just bad customer service. The random man in finance saved the day and sorted it.
