Awful. Tell you item has been dispatched when it hasn't (3 days after dispatch email for Yodel to actually be given the item). I paid to be delivered Double Boxed, it wasn't it was sent in a polybag so box damaged. Do not buy from these.
If you want a company to take your money and then, three weeks later, have no clue where the product is or whether it will ever arrive, I would recommend Offspring.Trying to get the bottom of why my shoes are not here is impossible. I keep getting gobbledygook emails like it's my fault for asking. Offspring have taken payment for the product but it's now a month later and no sign, no apology and I have no idea what's going on. I don't usually leave reviews like this online but this has been a sh*tshow from beginning to end. They seem completely disinterested in trying to sort it out - a really weird experience. ***Product arrived 25 days after ordering. No apology, no attempt to keep me on board. I'll never, never, never order from Offspring again. I'd advise you don't either.
First order and probably my last. Says you get 10% off with 1st time orders on your account (which I will now be deleting) left my email as it says.. didn’t get no 10% off? Received the trainers today and they have clearly been worn, laces all undone, black on the bottom, no tissue paper on the inside of shoe like you usually would get 👎🏽 I’m very disappointed. Also the fact it says it can take up to 5 days for a response on emails is a right joke 🤬 especially for a faulty item that wasn’t my fault. UPDATE: tried to tell me on emails you sent the link how return when no you didn’t (found it myself) trying keep my money 🤥 I’m just glad I didn’t have to pay full price for the trainers over £100+ because if my local store was still a thing I would be straight there 😒x
I have returned my order through yodel on 6th of sep and it’s been delivered back to pffspring aswell but since then I havnt heard anything back i tried emailing them but no reply from them it’s frustrating that such reputable company have zero customer service my order number is W71037052 please look into this
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely poor. Accidentally got the wrong address for delivery but no way of changing or even cancelling the order. Tried to contact via email, X and Instagram but no reply of course. So much for the “live chat” plastered all over the website…doesn’t even exist. Doesn’t make sense how you aren’t able to amend address or cancel the order? Not like you dispatch the item as soon as you press order…
Ordered some trainers, had plenty in stock, added in some socks as I was paying for delivery anyway. 6 days later get an email stating order cancelled, trainers not in stock, but I’ve received the socks and now paying £5 delivery for some socks I wasn’t particularly after.
