Just how hard is it to get in touch…

Just how hard is it to get in touch with this company??y hubby ordered me the wrong size trainers impossible to rectify it.Don’t need this stress after suffering a stroke.Tried to ring the Manchester Arndale branch and they just hang up wow us customers pay your wage and keep you in a job.Will have it out with you when I come in to collect the order which will be returned immediately 😡UPDATE: Have spent hrs today trying to sort out things with the terrible beyond words “customer services and the pathetic bot thing.Saying can’t cancel order as it’s been despatched really to where exactly outer space.Then there “sorry” for the inconvenience and will tell the cluck & collect team to cancel the order.The money was still in pending this morning why can’t you just bounce it back I’m not waiting over 2 months I’m speaking to my bank a.s.a.p never ever come across a store that makes up the rules and fiddles customers out of their hard earned money.What gives you the right to withhold a contact telephone number etc etc is that so you can keep the money of all the customers you’ve done over.Remember no customers no jobs for any of your staff .Aww well beep happens and what goes around always comes around Goodbye offspring & office in your hopefully soon unemployment ! UPDATE: 24/4/25 email to say refund 5 working days so basically over a week for my hubby to get HIS hard earned money back for a order than he tried since Tuesday to cancel before it was even dispatched what kind of company any you????? Causing a stroke survivor so much stress and anxiety that I have bad chest pains all because you wanted my hubbys £76 yrs HIS £76 that should never ever been taken.All these customers should be compensated for how you’ve treated them.Their only mistake was using their money in your stores and online.Get your acts together or this company will be closed very very soon.Do not insult us customers by telling US to contact YOU move your lazy backsides and contact us😡update 1st may 2025 wow just wow what took you so long to reply.This was my hubbys order I have made that 100% crystal clear.The shoes were for me.We tried loads of ways to cancel the order impossible when you don’t have proper customer service.Its the year 2025 now you should have a full phone line manned.Luckily we got our money paid back onto our credit card.Stop asking for information to check if this review is true I have done the review as 1 my hubby is dyslexic and that’s none of your business by the way I don’t have to explain myself.If you don’t like truthful negative reviews then sort out your shoddy company.Say what I want when I want DEAL👍

Ordered a pair of shoes on the 11th

Ordered a pair of shoes on the 11th, still not been dispatched on the 16th, been told since the 14th they are awaiting dispatch. Tried to cancel the order due to incompetence, was told when they are out for order you can advise the courier to return to sender. THEY ARE CURRENTLY STILL SITTING IN YOUR WAREHOUSE!!!!!

Have spent literally thousands of pounds with this company as I collect trainers I also use a lot of other outlets.My last order 15th April I ordered two pairs,one pair turned up at the store which I collected (and purchased another pair whilst I was there)The second pair have not arrived after countless emails I've been told there's an investigation by Yodel as to where the trainers are,I've told them this "investigation" is irrelevant to me and just refund my money which they won't do.I've been made to feel like a criminal like I have stolen the trainers This is very disappointing as I've been very loyal to this company but after this farce I probably won't use them again.

Mark from offspring Brighton is a legend.Saw a restock online, noticed it was down in the Brighton store so I gave them a call and he put on hold for me until end of day. I travelled down from Croydon and it made my week.Thanks again Mark for being a good guy.

Ordered 2 pairs of Adidas trainers and all good. Shoes arrived after 3 days. Big 5 stars. I save 40 pound compared to prices on JD sports or adidas website.

Avoid this company.

Ordered a pair of sneakers but they messed up the delivery address so the courier cant fullfill the delivery. I had numerous times contact with the courier but they still couldn't deliver the package and told me to contact the sender which I did and told them what the problem is. They just dont seem to care very much, because customer service at Offspring just sends you from pillar to post without offering any solution. Now the package is being returned to the sender because of this. I just want my money back or they need to make sure the package will be delivered in a short amount of time.Update 8th of april:Still no package or refund. In contact with my bank now to get my money back. I will never buy from this shop ever again. Total waste of time and (so far) money. Be wary for these scammers.

Is this whole company fake?

My daughter ordered a pair of Dunks, after several weeks, nothing received. The shoes never arrived. She has tried repeatedly to find someone at Offspring but best of luck with that. They have not responded to any of our messages but have taken the money. We are currently pursuing the matter as a fraud through her bank. Avoid this company like the plague!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by their staff at head office and King’s Cross branch , wanted to buy shoes , website said they were available, 3 times in store I was told yes come and get them , only to be told the same day no they are reserved for someone else , I spoke to head office who said , that’s wrong you can go and collect them , only to be told by King’s Cross manager no you can’t , after telling him head office said I can he took my details and said he would call me back , still no call back a week later , I have tried to escalate my complaint only to be told I can’t escalate it and that’s the end of the matter , the shoes in question are still available in the shop but I was told again that they are reserved for someone , they have been on hold for 8 days now which goes against their T’s & C’s when it comes to time they can reserve stuff , I’m starting to think it’s a case of something dodgy going g on as I have had no reason as to why they still reserved for someone 8 days later and also why was I told I can’t escalate my complaint to a manager , be very wary of buying anything from this company as the customer care and journey is atrocious and they lie to cover themselves What a joke company , you take 14 days to reply to me and ask me to contact your help line , I have tried to speak to someone for 2 weeks now with no response apart from , “there is nothing else we can do “ definitely a scam goi g in here , shopWith this company at your peril , awful customer service and genuinely don’t care or have any empathy for their customers
