Will never order from Offspring again

Purchased school shoes for my son. Unfortunately after ordering, the style didn't suit so I requested to return the item. I've paid £5 to have them delivered as there is no free delivery on sale items no matter what the order value is. Then£5 to return the items for me to be told I've had a further £2.95 collect+ fee deducted from my refund? Absolutely atrocious to attribute this kind of fee on every order. I'll never order from Offspring again.

Clear manufacturing fault, not upheld.

I stupidly ordered from this company after avoiding them for so long. Received my Adidas London 96 on the Wednesday and wore them on the Saturday. After 1 wear, the suede has almost completely come off the toes on both trainers, and is coming off on all other areas of the shoe. This is apparently “general wear and tear and weathering” - they were in my possession less that 5 days!Other collectors will know, that this does happen and has become more frequent with adidas, sadly. I have returned 2 other pairs to other suppliers for this reason this year and they were fully accepted as something costing £100 should not be single use!Do not shop with them. Service has been terrible, nobody talking to each other and they said they didn’t know why I returned them. I had that very conversation with their reps. Avoid. I suspect they’re selling factory seconds which is why they can offer small discounts. Spend your money elsewhere

Don't bother...

Not sure what happened to Offspring because they used to be a decent store. Ordered a pair of trainers yesterday.Said there were "3 items left". All good. Took my money (obviously)Today got a notification on my payment plan saying it had been cancelled.No communication from Offspring themselves just the payment plan company.IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STOCK.TAKE IT OFF YOUR SITE. What a waste of time.Garbage company. Won't bother shopping with them online or in-store again.*UPDATE*They replied via here but didn't even get my name correct. Honestly, this is laughable. Absolute joke of a company!

INADEQUATE AND FALSE SERVICE

Ordered a pair of trainers that are known to sell out extremely fast in a sort after size. The issue began when the incorrect size was sent out, I immediately contacted Office as they were the collection point who advised I contact a Offspring store as Offspring customer service do not work on Sundays and my parcel was collected late Saturday. Nobody was able to help so I emailed CS as they do not have a phone line or live chat option. It took 3 days for my email to be responded to at which point they offered me a refund, I had already explained in my original email I didn’t want a refund but the shoe as it was a gift for my sons birthday. I was then told that once they received the shoe they would send the correct size. I was apprehensive as I know this shoe is sold out and did not trust that I would receive the correct size. I noticed that every email is responded to by a different member of staff so I reiterated my concern and was told that the shoe would be sent but the email responses were very brief so I asked for them to send me the correct size and I would then return the incorrect size as worse case I would rather have the incorrect size and sell on to enable me to buy the shoe as they sell for higher than retail, receiving a refund wouldn’t allow me to buy the shoe from a resell website without having to put to. By the by Offspring refused this and told me to return, I asked for proof of the correct size shoe before I sent the other pair. Surprise surprise a different member of CS replied to my email to tell me they would not be sending the shoe as it’s not in stock and would be sending a refund. No offer to help or resolve the problem was made and the issue is more than just refunding the money. Awful service and ill not be buying from them again

Worst service I’ve ever received

Worst service I’ve ever received. Returned a parcel on the 22nd July, was collected by Yodel the following day. I’m yet to receive the refund. Reached out to OFFSPRING on FB Messenger where I received limited reply and with delays of more than 24 hours. Ended up reaching out to OFFICE who own OFFSPRING for help as I wasn’t getting any help.OFFICE raised a claim with Yodel, I then received an email on 11th August saying my order had been deemed lost and would I prefer a replacement or full refund. I replied requesting a refund but then someone emailed back today saying the order had been refunded on the 29th (completely different order number). I’m really shocked at the level of complete disinterest and poor resolution skills considering I used your only return method available. Other companies eg Nike, Adidas, Footpatrol and END (to name a few) are doing this so much better. I just want my refund for a pair of sneakers I returned 22 days ago. I’ve ordered in excess of 10 times with OFFSPRING but after this experience, this will be the last and recommend everyone to avoid.

Boycott offspring!!!

Terrible customer service from offspring. To not receive an item that was supposed to be signed for and then providing a picture where the parcel is just being held up next to my door, no proof of where it was left and once again NOT SIGNED FOR as previously stated (and paid for) When mentioning this I am being met with no help or assistance due to “geo codes” of a picture that holds no physical evidence apart from the code it holds from the location. Dealing with offspring on this occasion has been mentally tiresome. Constant backwards and forwards of emails but I’m just being met with the same answers and expected to roll over and accept the loss of £200. Shambles of a company and I advise anyone and everyone to buy elsewhere.

Buyer Beware! !!!!

I can now see why Offspring have such an embarrassing low Trustpilot score.From my recent experience, I can confirm that their customer service team lack professionalism, intelligence, common sense and integrity......they are a bunch of total amateurs, who don't care about their customers or their purchase experience.I still have not received the order that I placed and paid for, but they have refused to do anything to help me, claiming the courier say they have delivered it..... although the tracking still states that the courier "Have my Package", which has been stuck at this point for more than a week now. When I ask them questions, they do not or cannot answer them intelligently or honestly, so they just respond by repeating the same things over and over again like ignorant parrots.I recommend making your purchases elsewhere from a more honest, honourable, reliable and reputable retailer.

Placed order a week ago and still nothing

Placed order a week ago and still no update as to where the shoes are. Also got charged for delivery despite website saying free over £80. Sent an email with my order number as Facebook link and Live Chat both non existent. Received an email back from ‘Shelbi’ just stating next day delivery charges but standard is free. Nothing about where item actually is. I emailed back to say I didn’t pay for next day delivery, just standard as my confirmation email states and even if I did it’s been nearly a week now. Still nothing. Absolute joke of a company.

Excellent service…

I was definitely apprehensive after reading reviews but the trainers my husband wanted were out stock everywhere and the price at offspring were far cheaper than anywhere else! My experience was great ! Ordered, and Delivered (packed really well) all within 3 days so I really can't complain at all!
