Review Time
After reading the reviews, I was initially hesitant to purchase the item, but I'm very glad I did. My order arrived exactly as described and on the next business day, as promised, since I ordered before 3 PM on Sunday and it was delivered Monday afternoon. The item was brand new and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend!
Whilst my wife and I were looking at the trainers a shelf edge caught her jeans and ripped them as she walked past. The metal edge was sharp and dangerous and had she not been wearing jeans she could have been injured. She immediately told the manager who covered the shelf edge. The store has not given her any compensation to replace her jeans. This is disgusting behaviour from a business that was clearly in the wrong. This took place in Offspring, Kings Cross .
do not use this website, ordered a pair of trainers on Saturday, no response whatsoever for seven days. When I query when they were going to be sent got a cancellation text confirming the trainers were not available. A complete waste of time do not use them they have no idea of their stock, they DO NOT USE!
I purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 High Midnight Navy in a UK Size 8 on Saturday 22nd February 2025. At the time, the sneakers had been discounted by 25%. By Saturday 8th March 2025, having seen on their website the sneakers had been discounted further to 40% and still showing as available and in stock, I purchased the sneakers again. I received an email from OFFSPRING confirming my order ha been received, payment had been taken and that I could expect delivery within 3-5 working days.I returned my original, unworn pair in all the packaging it came with back to OFFSPRING on Monday 10th March 2025. I even left a note on the return form explaining what I’d done - returning this pair because I’d purchased them again for a further discounted price.I’d like to add that I had to pay the cost to return the item back to OFFSPRING, despite me already paying postage costs for the item to be delivered (standard 3-5 working days) to me. Sneaker retailers either send them out free of charge if you spend over £85.00 or charge you to send them out but cover the postage costs if any returns. Not OFFSPRING though. You’re paying both ways with these grifters. On Wednesday 12th March 2025 I received confirmation from OFFSPRING they’d been received my return and had already processed the refund. Then, out of the blue on Thursday 13th March 2025 I receive an email from OFFSPRING confirming they’d cancelled my order due to stock availability. As you can imagine, I was utterly bewildered by this and extremely frustrated I’d ended up with no Air Jordan 1 High Midnight Navy’s. I would never have sent them back I the first place if this was how things were going to play out. Not for the sake of saving £20.00.I contact OFFSPRING’s Customer Service Team, who are actually OFFICE’s Customer Service Team, to find out what has happened and what they could do to sort things out. Well, this is where things just got worse. I was met with complete dismissiveness from the three individual staff members who half-heartedly responded to my email correspondence. They didn’t even accept an error had been made on OFFSPRING’s part and tried to fob me off with non-sensical excuses like: OFFSPRING advertise stock availability online but there’s not guarantee the company actually has the stock in question. Talk about dreadful business acumen. A merchant that advertises stock it doesn’t actually have. Farcical!I asked the Customer Service Team if there was any chance my original returned pair could be sent back to me…NO was the answer. If they’d offered me some recompense to apologise for what had happened, say 25% off your next order, then I’d have probably accepted the resolution. This, of course, was before I saw both OFFICE and OFFSPRING’s dreadful ratings here on Trustpilot. Wasn’t always like this. I’ve purchased from both companies in the past and never once had an issue. My advice to anyone thinking of spending money with either OFFSPRING or OFFICE is read consumer experiences here first before spending your money with them.
Disappointed and angry, I bought these sneakers, and the day they arrived, as I was lacing them up, I noticed a horrendous crease by the toe and further creasing as if they had been worn before. I am therefore returning them and can’t get a fresh pair because they’re sold out THANKS 👍🏾These sneakers were important to me, and they arrived in a terrible, unwearable condition. The fact that one of Offspring’s workers even put that damaged sneaker in a box and sent it to a customer is disrespectful in itself.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN
i went into the store in brighton and bought a pair of adidas new york trainers that were on sale as i buy these all the time idint check them i noticed one side tighter than the other and on closer inspection i believe these to be seconds the left and right dont match up.
OFFSPRING HAD NO STANDARDS ANYMORE. I received my Jordan Low sneakers 85s and I am highly dissatisfied with the packaging and the nasty stains on the shoes. The lack of care in handling orders is concerning, as this issue appears to be a recurring problem. Based on my experience, there is a high probability—approximately 70%—that purchases from this retailer will result in disappointment. The managers send out anything to us customers-USELESS MANAGEMENT.
I am completely appalled by their customer service, I ordered 2 pairs of £110 shoes. Received no dispatch or delivery emails, so after a week I checked on yodels website as to where they are, to find they haven’t been delivered to my correct address as requested but to a random unknown address???A blurry picture was taken at the door, it wasn’t my house, it isn’t any house on my street, and yodel haven’t told me where it is?! They have now even deleted the photo in question on the tracking as if to hide the mistake, it’s completely broken my trust with their brand and neither yodel or offspring have been in touch to fix this problemI want a full refund!
Absolutely brilliant! I read the reviews and thought twice about ordering from this retailer initially as some statements made me question the quality of goods and the service! I really wanted the item as it was a limited edition and because I hold a blue light card I thought the service wouldn’t promote a company without rating it. Personally I’m glad I took the risk as I placed the order and received it 24 hours later. The item was packaged to perfection and the trainers were amazing! I would definitely recommend and I will be ordering from Offspring again.
