I think it's one of the worst brands out there. They sent earbud with one earbud not working and refuse to replace it.

OnePlus Tab - Poor service

After reading many reviews I purchased a OnePlus Tab.Bad mistake. Customer service is poor, tablet performs worse than the old Lenovo it replaced. Many apps have to be closed and reloaded if left for a long time. The upgrade to Android 14 has made it slower than ever!

I order some earphones as I lost my old one nord wired. Royal mail only delivered it to some random place and not my flat and oneplus doesn't want to replace or refund me even though I show them a picture of the front of my property which is not the same as where the items were delivered

The worst support experience I've ever had

I bought a OnePlus Open at release and it worked until the start of this year when the inner screen developed a fault. It was accepted for repair, and SBE received it to begin working on it.That was on the 12th of January. Two months ago.Like many, I've been repeatedly told that there are no spare parts, but what those in charge of OnePlus support don't seem to comprehend is that this is THEIR hurdle to overcome, not mine.The law asserts that they must complete their repair in a reasonable amount of time without causing unreasonable inconvenience. They have completely failed at this task, yet my requests for a refund or a replacement have been essentially ignored.Most recently, I've been told that spare parts will finally arrive around the middle of this month, meaning I can realistically expect another two weeks at least on top of the eight I've already waited.As a result, I'll never buy another OnePlus device, having rated their phones ever since the OnePlus One. All that consumer goodwill totally wasted for no good reason.And if anyone from OnePlus support sees this, please don't reply to confirm what I've already noted about the spare parts, thank me for being patient, apologise without doing anything to help, or offer me a voucher for an online store I've no desire to use.If you actually want to help, arrange a refund or a replacement. It's hardly that much to ask given how egregious this situation has become.I'll also note that I've looked into legal action and will move in that direction if a suitable resolution isn't found fairly quickly. Given how many similar stories I've heard from OnePlus Open buyers (and the terrible rating on this site), it's clear that something needs to change to get them to see just how badly they're missing the mark.

OnePlus does NOT support their products

I bought a OnePlus 10T in October 2023 and have been trying to get this company to fix the location on my phone. It always shows my location off by about 10 miles. I've sent it in for repair and they just flash it and send it back. It still doesn't work. I've talked to customer support over 40 times and they say the phone is fine. I've even downloaded a different camera to test the location and it works but the one plus camera location is way off. Finally I sent a certified letter to the company asking for a new phone. I think their business model is to ignore the customer instead of standing by their product. Furthermore they removed the screen protector and sticker on the phone. They never sent a replacement screen. I only hear from them if I call repeatedly. And I get a different answer from each support person.

Stay clear from oneplus

If it was possible they would get 0 stars,came on here to write a review and can not believe how many bad reviews one plus have received, but from experience their customer service is appalling.Sent my phone of for repair 5/1/24 after having loads of issues, I belive this phone was faulty from purchase as I have used one plus for years with no issues, I have phoned a few times regarding my phone, when I phoned oneplus they gave me the number to phone their repairs ( surly this should be their job) repairs said they were waiting on parts and can't say how long it will be, I phoned back to one plus, asked for a manager to be told managers don't take calls, this is one plus policy, I sent an email and still no answer. My next purchase will be iPhone who's customer service is the best.

Never buying anything from this company again

Tried to return a newly purchased tablet. The return was rejected because they claim the screen is scratched. There is nothing on the screen and I mean NOTHING. It is flawless. Clearly this is just a dirty attempt at avoiding returns. Absolutely disgusting. I am never buying anything from this company again.Update: So they wrote me back. I sent pictures to prove the screen had no scratches. Now they are ignoring me.

OnePlus.com's Dismal Device Quality and Service

It's genuinely disheartening to witness the drastic decline in both the quality of OnePlus.com's devices and their customer service. The OnePlus Open I purchased turned out to be a nightmare, with the screen inexplicably breaking from the inside, exhibiting a grey dot and two green lines.Equally distressing is the abysmal level of customer service. Despite numerous attempts, OnePlus.com has failed to provide a solution. This experience speaks volumes about the stark contrast between the company's current state and its once-praised reputation.Once known for delivering high-quality devices and excellent customer support, OnePlus.com has regrettably become a shadow of its former self. The sad reality is that their devices are no longer reliable, and their service is a far cry from what it used to be. It's a profound disappointment and serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers.

I went to your Kandivali service centre I was waiting there for 30 mins in queue than at the time of token the person is saying token is over , you can avail the online pick and drop service.2. Than I went for online pick and drop option , my phone got pick up on 12th December , when I called before 18th dec some person inform me that it will take 7 to 10 working days to get your phone deliver back to you. 3. On 18th december I had word with devendra he inform me that your phone us repaired and gone for quality check and you will get it ib 3 days.4. On 19th when again I called than Ms. Rita informed me that your phone is not yet repaired and still under process of preparing and it will take 7 to 10 workings days from the day of pick. I got pissed of and requested call , I ask her to take my request for call back she said yes I have done that you will receive it with in 24 working hours. 5. After that on 20th I called again for my call back request I have not received any call back , that person told me that sir we don't take any request for call back , so again there was fake promise . 6. Today I called again Ms. Dolly and she informed me that it takes 10 to 15 workings days to get your phone back , again one more different information. I requested for call transfer she denied and she took my request for call back .7. Again my last call for today and someone informed me that you will get your phone by 1st or 2nd Jan (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)JUST A BAD SERVICE YOU ARE GIVING TO YOUR CUSTOMER I AM GOING TO TWIT THIS AS WELL AS MARK REVIEWS ON ALL THE META PLAFORMS AND MARKETPLACESKEEP IT UP WITH YOUR BAD SERVICE

Unsatisfactory OnePlus Repair Experience

I recently experienced a frustrating service with OnePlus repair. My phone, under warranty, was recieved by SBE Ltd (sbe-ltd.co.uk) on December 28th, 2023, for a faulty front camera. Despite 17+ working days, the extended "awaiting components" delay reflects poorly on OnePlus' responsibility for an efficient repair process. I caution potential customers to consider these issues before choosing OnePlus for their devices.Disappointed OnePlus UserUpdate 22nd Jan: I have contacted the support team multiple times, but they have not been able to provide an ETA.
