Review Time
My phone 8T stopped working after an update 3 days ago. Since I contacted technical support, they never answer emails, hang calls while taking with them and no all services are available. I have 3 days without phone service thanks oneplus and I think I'll have more days without phone service. I did everything they asked me to do, including reset my phone, and nothing happened. If you are reading this to take your decision to buy a oneplus phone, I really recommend don't buy with this company is really BAD and the phone is not really good. The only good thing that it have is fast charge but also phone drains the battery faster, so NO REALLY GOOD DEAL. ALSO ITS CHINA COMPANY TAKE CARE
I am a heavy business phone user. I user top quality bluetooth headset to connect to my device and spend a lot of time on video conferences from it when on the go. Since receiving my new OnePlus 9, I have had a barrage of complaints from those with whom I speak that they cannot hear me or the sound is terrible (sounds like I am in a box, sound drops, etc.). I spent 4-5 weeks trouble-shooting on my own, changing headsets, environments, network settings, etc. I also factory reset the phone twice and reset network and other settings. Nothing worked. I finally contacted OnePlus support. They told me they needed to remote connect and flash-reset the phone, which they did (after I had to spend almost two hours on a call with a tecnician who clearly did not care about any of the troubleshooting I had already done.The flash reset did nothing, and the device still does not work. I have written back three times with no help. The first time, they asked me to start the resetting process again - completely ignoring the support and full reset they had already done. To follow, they asked me to go online to request a repair. I tried - the site just show an error every time: "Oops, the store is too crowded. Please try again later." ...and I am still without a phone that works.Now they tell me it is more than 30 days since my purchase, so they cannot let me return it. There is no path to repair it and there is no help in sight. I have never experienced such terrible service and disdain for customers in my life. If you are a business user and need your phone for anything but casual snaps on social media - stay away from OnePlus!UPDATE:It has now been a few weeks since my review. In response OnePlus asked me to go onto their generic support page to submit another request. I did this, and was replied to that "I had already opened another ticket so they would close my new request". I then wrote to them several times by replying to my support request emails - only to receive generic answers that I could submit a request on their site (basically running me in circles). This week I finally received an email telling me that since they had not heard from me in a while, they were closing the case...Stay away from OnePlus! They are scam artists of the highest level. The device might look nice, but it does not work - which is the only conclusion given that they refuse to even engage in any level of support or customer communication.
I had a minor problem with the clock app not showing the correct time, after just 2 contacts with OnePlus my problem has been solved, excellent service & so nice to be able to communicate with a real human, Thank you.
Last week there was an update that just made my least favorite phone, ever, even worse.I bought my OnePlus for the camera...which,yes, is awesome. The phone was $1300 which is the only reason I still own it; and it still works. Let's look at my pros/cons:Pros: Gorgeous blue colorWarp charging is great! But the cord is so short it makes it difficult to use while you're charging it.Battery has good use time.Good soundCons: the first night I realized that there is no way to set the screensaver to show the time. So right out of chute I had to buy an alarm clock.The camera on the back is so large and extends down the back so far that, if you want to use a popsocket, it has to set so far down on the back that it makes the center of gravity so low...to me it makes the phone top-heavy in your hand. But if you don't use a popsocket touching the bezzeled sides messes up the response of the screen.I've never had a phone that overheats and shuts down literally every time I take it outside in the summer. I have a pool and I have to make my phone its own little tent on the side table or it continually overheats and shut down.The last system update was the last straw to me. No matter how I adjust the setting the Do Not Disturb function no longer works. So, I either have to shut my phone off at night or listen to notifications pinging all night. Additionally since the update, the thumb print access has disappeared from the closed screen. So now you have to push a button to wake the phone up to open it.It theory this phone has a lot of wonderful bells and whistles but, there are serious use issues before you can even get to the 'fancy' stuff

Very bad services. Ordered one phone nonline in exchange of other 1 plus but the courier person rejected it. Same phone got accepted at their one plus store for same amount. On top of that even after 2 weeks they are yet to refund the money back for the phone i ordered online.
NEVER BUY ONE PLUS TVBought it before 8 months. Had to call the service person because the remote was not working and second time because there was a problem with the google assistant. Now on 5th July 2022 the display of this TV started malfunctioning. After setting a complain there is till date no reply from the company. The customer service people just keep on increasing the time limit from 3 days to 5 to 10 and now 15-20 days even after it still being in the guarantee period but still my TV has not started . Very very poor customer service after sales ,no reply even after 30mins of call, bad quality of speaker without any proper sound effects, very slow many more. To me it seems like the company is using 2nd hand parts. If any other person plans to buy one plus TV , get ready for the future trouble. BIG NAME ,POOR RESULTS AND POOR SERVICE DON'T GO FOR THIS COMPANY'S TV
I got OnePlus 8T almost 2 years ago, I waited and withstood it this long, but I finally can't endure it anymore. It will be my first and LAST OnePlus phone.I almost have no complaints about the device itself, but OnePlus Apps are annoying, their whole system is annoying (and you can't get rid of it). I thought I was buying an Android phone, so that I could choose what apps to use, but OnePlus preinstalled apps keep getting in the way. If I wanted a phonemaker to decide what app I should use, I would go for an iphone, thank you very much. The latest update removed some of my apps from home screen, like weather app (because OnePlus has it's own, their system keeps ignoring your choice and rubs their apps into your face), modified settings of my watch (I had few time zones displayed, now it's gone), and made some other display and styling choices without asking me.If you want a normal Android phone, look elsewhere.
Makes well priced phones however customer service is lacking.Phone camera is scratched up so it can't take clear photos, made a service request and since it's less than a year old it's still under warranty and so I sent it in to get repaired, got sent back 10 days later with every wiped but no camera fixed. Now I'm left with a damaged camera and a phone I have to setup again.Wasted time and no tracking updates when I sent my phone in through the royal mail cashing even more stress, chatting with customer service has also been pointless.
i bought the one Ear buds pro and didn't use them for more than 15 mins. in those 15 min the plastic got scratched and i couldn't return them, the quality of the product is sad. Now im just waiting for the product to return to me! its nearly been 2 month since i started the progress what record are we going for? are we trying to see how long it will take u guys to actually sent it back or? did u lose the product? i loved oneplus but the service is so bad i started 3 cases cuz the support KEEPS CLOSING THEM for no reason at all.
