I bought a one plus Nord2 mobile phone kept it for about a month at the max, so many people say one plus phones are really good, however I think it was the worst phone I ever had, camera was awful apps seemed slow at loading, I couldn't get onto the OnePlus app until after the thirty days cooling off period, this not allowing me to send it back. Don't buy cheap Chinese crap like this save your money and get a Google pixel 6A so much more superior.
I bought the One Plus 8 Pro because of the following features: 2K display (1440 resolution), Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 procesor, water-resistant IP68.Unfortunately, to get 2K display resolution you have to set it up in the settings.Also, to unlock the full processing speed of the Snapdragon 865 you must set it in the settings.These settings should be the default!Unpleasant surprise was the missing headphone jack! Bluetooth headphones cannot provide the same sound quality as wire. Only the most expensive Bluetooth headphones can provide the same sound quality as cheap wire headphones.
Absolute disgrace of a customer support experience. I have had the Oneplus one, two, 3T, 5, 5T, 6 and now 8 Pro and a long term supporter of these devices. There is a 2 year warranty on my device which they are refusing to uphold. I sent my device to them for a charging issue and they returned it with the glass broken over the camera. I sent it back to them and they are saying the warranty is now void even though it was them who broke it. I even have a video of the condition of the phone before I put it into the package to send to them. It's taken them 3 weeks to respond on this matter and they want to charge £158 to fix the glass that they broke. I'm fuming. I will not be going near Oneplus ever again and I can no longer recommend them as a company. So annoyed and disappointed.
Third class service .I have given the complaint on 30th June 2022. Today is 12th August still the problem has not been . Today when I call the call centre the stupid fellow on other he is telling me to wait for more 10 days. Even he don't have manner he directly disconnected my calls. Within a year the display and pannel both are not working . Pathetic and third to third class after sales service. Please people never ever buy OnePlus tv.
WORST SERVICE!OnePlus phones are worse after updating to color OS, OnePlus is never like before.PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING OR UPGRADING TO ONEPLUS!!After the OS update my 8 Pro got display flickering and green tint issue, customer support informed to give the phone to service center and they will check for the issue cause and fix the phone,Later on they say that the issue was not caused by OS update and company has not approved for service and cannot be fixed!Initially i did not have my invoice and service center agent informed with out invoice they cannot fix the device or send it for service approval, while checking Oneplus websites past orders to download invoice, i was able to download all order orders invoice except 8 Pro's invoice, (check attachments for error message), even called customer support and asked even they told due some issue it will take 48 hours for them to send me the invoice!!After i found my invoice which was lost, Phone was given for service and the next day got a call from service center and they informed that company has not approved for service as they will fix only if there is green lines, and will not fix for green tint issue.
Dealing with One Plus is an almost sinister experience. Contacting their so-called customer services you enter the beingness of void. You exchange emails with a generic name, offering nothing but repeated public relations platitudes of the most empty kind. Dystopian.The OnePlus8Pro I bought came with missing case and SIM pin. The fingerprint security function did not work. The phone had glowing reviews on its launch from press and YouTube techies alike. However, what they don't tell you is what happens with a faulty product or when something goes wrong: you have to deal with their "customer service". Look at the many awful reviews below mine and then the OnePlus responses to get an idea of what that's like. I have returned the phone and will not be buying a OnePlus anytime soon. It's a bit like being gaslit and drains your energy. Awful.
I just paid over $1000 for the 10 pro 280?? Storage (not sure if I'm correct about storage).First, I made the descion to purchase the 10 pro instead of Samsung be I watched a lot of YouTube videos and they all showed the same packaging. A big red box. An 8x10 photo in bottom tray, 2 cases, ear buds, a charging brick and charging cable. Turned me on, so I bought it. It didn't come this way. It was a small box and missing the cases and photo.Second, I noticed right away my charging port is defective. It charge but only on the red cable. My Ankr cables don't work. When charging I need to keep the phone still because moving it around, the cable falls out. I called in and was told I had to wait 3 days for a shipping label to be emailed to me. Then, pack my phone up and send it to them. Once they receive they will check for water damage. (water damage has nothing to do with the charging port on the phone being loose or crooked. Once they inspect the phone and givie an ok, THEN.... Finally, they will send me a new phone. I've never in my life have and company do it this way. Normally they send you a new phone and shipping label to send the defected phone back to them. If you don't send it back, you'll be charged for it. Sounds fair. But OnePlus is going to leave me with a phone for 2 to 3 week. Plus I usually put a cable on the old phone and my new to extract everything. I won't be able to do that either. At this point, I feel like sending it back and ask for a refund so I can buy else where. Ive only had the phone for 3days. I should get fully refunded.
I have purchased OnePlus y1s tv on 7/04/2022 after three months it's power on issues dated on 05/08/2022 I have called customer care they logged the complain and said that mother board issue it will resolved within 21days but today is 10/10/2022 it's not resolved every time customer care said parts not available very bad company experience
Latest update: after reaching their highest tier in support and being messed around again by Llorrna I requested a call which surprisingly actually happened. After 2 hours on the call quoting their ts and cs they offered a partial refund, which is unacceptable or a replacement device. The model they suggested was not acceptable. At this point I was speaking to Echo, Llorrna manager, I was put on hold and then the line was disconnected. I received an email on Saturday morning saying my device will be sent by Tuesday, 10 days it has gob for its second repair and today I received an email stating they are sending the replacement device which I declined. Not honoring their ts and cs, infringing upon my rights as a consumer and now trying to force me to accept a device that I said no to. Latest: I was in a call yesterday for 2 hours with a supervisor. My phone was returned but it was sent to the wrong address and all of the exclusive pacman content had been removed. I was assured by the supervisor that she would reply to my email and escalate to the highest degree. 24 hours later I have called back, this supervisor is not available but has received my email. Once again zero contact back to me as promisedReply: if you see the ticket as closed then why am I being told to reply on that thread by Michael? I tried to open a new thread thinking this was the issue but I keep being told not to duplicate the thread. The last message I received stated that i should monitor my phone and should an issue persist to contact you again. I have done this over and over again and yet you provide zero assistance. It's absolutely incredible that now you want to say that the issue is closed. I will be posting the emails so that people can see exactly what I'm talking about because now you are just blatantly lying! Further to this, you say that I should contact your support team, I have done this repeatedly and I'm either told off for duplicating threads or told to reset my phone. Neither of these are helpful. This is the exact customer service you aim to give as at this point I have jumped through every hoop and yet you still refuse to assist. You have all my contact details. As you see this is a big issue why do you not contact me? I contact oneplus and I'm told not to complain. Suddenly a charging issue cropped up. My oneplus nord 2 pacman edition started having issues charging. My phone has no damage, water or impact. So I contacted oneplus. I received a swift response and the issue was sorted. I was told to monitor the phone and contact back if I had any further issues.Then my camera stopped working but only when I would select the filters I was told to reset my phone, which I did and no result. I was told to do a few more things with no result. Its been 11 days and no one has replied.I made a complaint and was told not to make duplicate tickets. My phone is less than a year old, in immaculate condition and the camera does not work due to an update from oneplus.People respond but only to tell me not make duplicate tickets or to reset my phone but not with a resolution or anything to say they are working on the issue. Just silence. I habe a oneplus 9 pro to which is slower than a feature phone and also no replies. Each email oneplus says they aim to make customer service a priority, they really really dont
