Hi,I have been using 1 plus 7 pro from last 3 years but from last 3-4 months I have been facing wierd issue - the phone charger comes out automatically during charging and has to be replugged.I couldnt believe it so I checked the same with my 2 friends who are using one plus nord 5g - and they are also facing same issue from last 4-5 months , very upsetting!Can someone assist?
The new update is really frustrating and irritating, whenever i try to swipe down for notification window, the search window opens up. It is getting really frustrating now, will never buy OnePlus ever again, also the new update is worst the color and the look and feel, is there a way to revert this update. Seriously worst
Dear one plus if u are reading this, please bring back the option to see time in seconds in oxygen OS 12. It was a very handy feature to me and to many of one plus users.This update is kinda good overall but pls don't move away from the specific oxygen OS features.
Have been a OnePlus user since OnePlus 1, until now. Ordered for a new phone over a month ago, and received nothing. Contacted support after the expected delivery date and was told I need to pick up from the depot within 2 days or it will be returned to the warehouse. This violates OnePlus's own terms of sale, as it says the order will only be delivered to specified address. Of course I refused this and say okay let it return to you. After a month, I have done waiting but the support refuse to issue refund as the good have not returned to the warehouse yet. So as long as they claim the missing delivery is still in transit, then they can keep your money as long as they like. This violates my legal right to cancel and looks like pretty much like a scam at this point. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from OnePlus.
Support is totally useless. I ordered a brand new 10 Pro based on the $400 trade in value of my 9 Pro. I selected the option, made sure to double check it twice and it still for some reason didn't make it into my order. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them saying there were no instructions on trade in. With 2 different representatives they didn't bother to read any of my message and simply asked me for a trade in ID which I didn't have. I started a new support email and stated clearly that I didnt get the trade in on my original order and then that representative literally suggested I buy another phone in order to receive the trade in credit and then added to the insult by saying:"I believe the information is helpful for you. If you have already registered for trade in, we kindly request you to help us with your Trade in number and your registered email ID which is associated with trade in. So that, we can track the details and assist you in a better way." The most incredibly frustrating and disappointing support experience I've had in awhile and I've had plenty of negative ones to choose from. This one just lowered the bar.EDIT:Another useless suggestion to go back to the exact same support link with no handoff, escalation, direct contact offer, or anything. They are just telling me to 'try the same thing again' which I've already done THREE times with different reps and they all responded the same way.
I have very worst experience with one plus. I brought one plus headphones which stopped working oneside of it with in 6 months. This one is the highlight recently I brought one plus 8T mobile not more than 20 days. I had faced 3 issues those are 1.ott platforms won't work. 2. Sim signal automatically goes to no service once you restart the mobile3. While trying to do whatsapp call it converts into normal call which is uncontrollable until the receiver cut the call and that to in speaker mode from my end.I have reached customer care very poor service and response from them. I asked them to solve it for that they are asking me to travel around 250 kms from home town to fix. They are that is near by to you. We can't help on that.That ott platforms issue is resolved after restarting the phone again faced same issue after four days. Again I need to restart it then sim signal goes to no service. I don't know what to do with mobile that to brand new one. It's been 19 days I brought it so I asked them to replacement or return they are saying with in 15 day we can do that, sorry. Try to understand mam. What I have to understand I have 30K to buy it. Not in a month I'm facing issues and they are responding like that. I suggest don't go with them it will waste of money
Is there any way I can give them 0 stars? So, first off, I couldn't even start a ticket to send my son's phone in after he dropped it and cracked the screen. After 3 weeks of run around, I finally got the shipping label, sent it in and never heard anything from them. Another 3 weeks goes by and I email them again after never receiving any updates on pricing to fix (which phone was under warranty, but apparently NOT for broken screens). They finally message me and tell me the phone is on the way back. Get it back the next day (FINALLY) and guess what? THE PHONE WAS NEVER FIXED!!! Another e3 weeks of runaround to once again send it back and now they still expect me to pay and the link they sent me to do so, doesn't work. This is ridiculous. Maybe own up to your mistakes and refund me my money for fixing something that should be covered under your warranty. This customer service is a joke.
Very poor customer service. disappointed with customer service. My one plus buds Z which was purchase on 27 July 2021 it have some problems with left side battery issue. Then I submitted this product at sangli OnePlus service center on 27th June 2022. they said model is expired and it can't repair. They first said we will provide voucher with same price. After multiple follow ups, (which is almost one month )Now they are says this product will replace with onePlus Nord burd .but I don't want to replace with this product. this product have low review and I'm not comfortable with this product. It's difficult to carry out. The customer care assistants were not bothered and told me to register a query if I'm not satisfied. Such worst experience with onePlus customer care. I had never seen before like that !
I bought the OnePlus N200 on April 5, 2022 through a MintMobile offer, and for THREE months went round and round with OnePlus Customer Service hoping to find a protective case so I could take the phone outside. I have saved a total of 26 emails, one of which is demeaning to another internal employee, and none were helpful in ANY way.At one point they offered me "$10 cash" and gave me a code. After 2 more emails (English is their second language) this is not cash at all but ten dollars off of anything at their website.I sent them a response asking why they would ever think I would spend any more money with this company.Meanwhile I had searched many websites from Amazon to Spygen and I just found a case yesterday (6/16/22) on Amazon!!!Further, I have had problems with taking photos. Not only does it hesitate, sometimes it seems to just freeze - which means youmcan't count on taking pictures instantly. I would say this seems to happen with every 8 to 10 pictures, and you will have to go back to the home page and start again - almost like resetting this thing.So, it's been over two and a half months to find a case, and the camera option hiccups!!! Had Customer Service been more supportive I would have been generous with the number of stars to give them.However, they are incredibly inept and do not stand by their product!! I would definitely NOT recommend this company and wish I had come to TrustPilot FIRST before making my purchase!!!
