Oneplus 10 Pro... no way

I bought Oneplus 10 Pro in April but now is already dead.... a white Horizontal line appears and customer care doesn't schedule for repair. I spent 1,000 dollari !!! nobody helping me in Oneplus... I'll never buy Oneplus again...

Better and cheaper than iPhone

Bought OnePlus X over 7 years ago, still working despite several floor hits, nothing needed to change. Comparing to iPhone which would break after 2 years or slow down to the point it's no longer usable, or battery would grow or blow up, or screen would crack, or had some other technical issues forcing people to buy a new one. No such problem with this one. Charging is very quick, around half an hour (multiple times quicker than iPhone). Ahead of competition. After 7 years, battery can still keep going up to a day (depends on the usage). In the airplane mode with random usage or WiFi, it could survive almost 10h.OnePlus X features: Dual SIM is very useful and not common in other products on the market. One negative: almost every panorama picture is bad, no stabilisation in work, even with steady hand.In summary, you get what you buy.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. My One plus ear buds Z which was purchased on 20th July 2021 suddenly stopped working and the same was given to the service centre at Cochin on 10th May 2022, they first said the same cannot be repaired and hence they will be sending a voucher worth the same price to my email. After mutliple follow ups, i got a revert on June 11th (which is one month after the ear buds were handed over to service centre) that there is new one in exchange of the buds Z which i need to collect by June 13th. I collected it yesterday, I got One plus nord worth 2799/- in return to by Buds Z which i paid 2999/-. I did not like the nord model at all, the customer care assistants were not bothered and told me to register a query if i am not satisfied. Such a pathetic customer care, i have not seen anywhere else!

I love the OnePlus line up...but It has…

I love the OnePlus line up...but It has very poor poor Shipping systems. I've bought the OnePlus buds pro online from OnePlus.com and was waiting and waiting. So I tracked the package and it said it was signed and delivered 2 days ago...June 9th, not relevant. I called OnePlus customer service and they said they couldn't deliver it to the mailbox and/or house, so they sent it back to sender, OnePlus. So annoying, incompatible people running this show. Why would you say it was signed and delivered if it wasn't signed and delivered?!?!?!? Unprofessional, incompetent, it doesn't effective the company just the consumer. It will always happen again and again. And only gonna get worse. And I can't get my refund until they receive the package, what a joke. I bought them off of Amazon for 30 dollars cheaper. Don't buy from OnePlus website.

spare parts not available

service centers not picking call, what is use of providing telephone no.mobile spare parts, even display, not available, & upon visit to service center, will be told to submit & come after 4-7 days, not even sure, of getting spare within time. VERY BAD....

2 month repair, awful service.

OnePlus took 2 months to fix a broken screen! The cost was £82 and they offered me a voucher for their website that wouldn't actually pay for anything without me having to top it up, which I won't do as the company messed me around. Wouldn't ever get a OnePlus again because it's not worth the hassle. Crap company. Crap customer service operatives. Don't get one, it's a waste of money, and they don't deserve your money.

Will not purchase s One Plus phone again!!

First of all when I ordered it I did not know it didn't have a jack for earphones. Would not have purchased if I had known, but decided to try to make the best of it.But now, since the update, I cannot take pictures or videos, can't receive pictures in text messages, can't take pictures to list things in eBay! Called them and all they can do is tell me to factory reset my phone! Well I'm not going to do that and I'm never buying another One Plus phone again!!The whole update they did is just horrible. So bad I think I'm going to have to get a different phone AGAIN and I haven't even had this one a year yet!!!Well I did figure out how to fix my camera! I noticed after there update the was the Google Photos which was always there, but after there was another Photo folder. One that One Plus put on, that was the other app that had access to my camera and would not let me use it, so I deleted it and my camera works again.Still having others issues though.
