Hello everyone,Recently I bought OnePlus Nord 2 5g phone after 4 months of fruitfull experience, I am not happy with the phone heating issue, day by day hearing a news of exploding Nord 2 phone in news, however life is uncertain no one can predict what gonna be happen on next minute, actually I am scare while carrying this phone too, coz life is precious after buying phone by investing 30k and then also there is a hesitation regarding carrying phone why should I play with my life. I know OnePlus one of the trusted brand but I need one plus should do something in my favour, coz really it's very scary and dangerous.I just want company to take back this phone and refund me my money so I can go for another brand or phone.

For how many years have these bitter complaints of poor after-sale support your company have been receiving?2. Why today these bitter comments continue to be registered.3. What is your review rating today on Trustpilot?In reality, your comforting and reassuring words are just window dressing, a PR stunt and intended to, or attempt to, fool the public.Please do not insult my intelligence, I was not born yesterday.
Oneplus is the worst customer service experience I ever had. I purchase buds pro on October 27 which is within the 15 days of the return policy, when the black Friday kicked in with its deals. I called for price match and I got turned back. As I am within the return policy time, I decided to return them. I am a old customer to date I purchased two phones and first gen buds. I was such a loyal customer that I went and purchased the pro buds. Loyal customers are not treated like that. No sure who trains the customer service reps but it's someone that does not understand the business nor how to treat loyalty.
Generally great phones but their customer service is appalling. Received a phone without a sim tray and returned for a refund - very slow, poor communication and lack of competency shown. On this experience alone I cannot recommend OnePlus which is a shame because I do like them. Go to Samsung or even Xiaomi.
I bought my phone with bundle containing a screen protector. From previous sucessfull experience I knew it was not something to do in the spur of the moment and I waited 2 months before doing it with all the care it required.Eventually I failed at applying it. In the process I had to remove the factory applied screen protector. Now I have none.I called them and they didn't help me with tips on how to reapply it now. They didn't offer to replace it. No, they said that I didn't have a 2 years warranty on the screen protector. That, had I called within two months of buying it they could have helped me. I couldn't fill a complaint nor could my call be escalated. They have to follow a process.I think this is wrong on many account.They only offered a small discount on another screen protector. I am not sure I am willing to buy anything anymore from oneplus after this experience. Thankfully I've never needed my warranty in the past. I hope none of you need it ever. I fear it will be declined for any reasons they can make up.
Brought the phone, setting it up was a nightmare, kept getting a internal storage was full error even though the phone was brand new, so I was unable to update the phone or install anything, Contacted one plus directly and got told that I need to wait for the next operating software update or post about it the oneplus forum and wait for a reply, what a joke the phone should work out of the box.Don’t bother with this brand stick to Apple, Sony, or Samsung and Nokia at least they no how to make phone that works from day one Will never use this brand again, took a chance one them but they were just a massive lit down.
They don't care about the quality of their software and don't listen to customers.The latest update has slowed my wifi to the point at which I can no longer use the phone and has also rendered whatsapp unusable.OnePlus has been aware of this problem for months but the company chose to continue rolling out the update. As I use my wifi for work, I am now in the process of pruchasing a Samsung phone.
Horrible is an understatement. They make excuses and make the customer run after them . Put you on hold for more than 30 minutes and then eventually make sure you cut the line . Their TV sucks too ! Stopped working in 3 months and it’s been a month since we lodged a complaint !
