Thought I bought 8T and was sent the 8For Christmas gift called on 27th was told to bad your 2 days late we only give 15 days.Thought good company oh well wont by anything from them anymore. I fly for an airline didn't get home till 23rd it had arrived on 10th late i might add from nov 25th order. Thought they would understand and help out Well merry Christmas so sad.Beware bad customer service reps from a far that don't care.

1.The vouchers are not working both in the app and on the website. Why are you claiming then that you are giving away a Voucher for subscribing then? 2. The shipping that claims to be free is by OnePlus "unsafe" and you need to pay an extra 10 Euro for "safe "shipping3 the site and both the app lags a lot and loses what you have put in your cart previously, "forgets" the settings From such a company totally unprofessional, I was of a different opinion but now I'm kind of disappointed...

Very disappointed for oneplus service

Very disappointed for oneplus service. I booked service for TV issue on Dec 16th. Service person registered complaint and I didn't get any response. So again I called on Dec 18th. They mentioned like it will take 5 to 7 business days. After 7 days again I called to service center on Dec 24th. I didn't get proper response from them. Now I got one message with new serial number 013000BLBD65632A9D. May I know when the technician will come? This is very very very worst service. History of oneplus tv - I bought new oneplus TV on jun 15th 2021. After 3 months we faced automatic restart issue and wifi connection issue. After registered the complaint, it was resolved. Now again we are facing wifi connection issue and remote not syncing issue. I called 3 times to customer service and still technician not come. FINALLY THE CONCLUSION IS "WE SHOULD NOT SUGGEST ONEPLUS TO ANY OF MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES" SO NO booked for each service call list - 921272007092127401959212740196

Good device - shocking service.

Good device. When these were half the cost of their competitors they were a viable company. Now you pay as much for the competition for an adequate phone and shocking customer service. Unable to produce a VAT invoice (which should be provided at point of purchase) and not willing to include their VAT number which should be displayed on VAT invoices. Customer support is worse than useless with some of the most inept staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Genuinely thick and ignorant, no transparency, no ability to do their job. OnePlus as an organisation should be embarrassed.

Abhorrent Company! OnePlus aren’t even deserving of a 1 star review. Do NOT buy a OnePlus device !I took deliver of my OnePlus phone purchased through OnBuy.com and immediately noticed a fault with the screen brightness dimming within seconds of taking finger off the screen. Contacted OnePlus support as they are the producer of device.The agent from the OnePlus customer support ran through some resolutions to try fix the problem, however, later said that it’s a hardware issue and needed physical repair. The agent took the device IMEI number of the device and said that needed to go for repair. OnePlus then sent me a email saying the “request had been registered successfully” further telling me the RMA order had been “settled” and attached the mailing details and the phone was scheduled for repair. However, OnePlus held the device for 2 weeks. Later the device was sent back not repaired with a generic list of a number of potential reasons to why not and none clearly applied to my case. I had to contact OnePlus again to find out what was happening. OnePlus later said that despite this being a new phone that it was out of warranty Furthermore, the device returned to myself was with the back of the device NOT being placed on correctly. Additionally, why was the back of the phone even removed in the first place with the issue being the screen dimming? I tried several times to contact OnePlus upon the return of the device leading to a further attempt this morning to find the exact reasons why? Finally got a response as to why the original issue had not been sorted but failed to give me an answer to why my phone back has not been fitted correctly.This is really poor workmanship! So basically the device has come back in a worse state than what it was sent off.Not only that because of the back not being fitted correctly by OnePlus service centre themselves ! As the the phone was purchased through a third party retailer, they have placed my warranty in jeopardy with the retailer. Completely mislead by OnePlus customer service !Now OnePlus has left me in a pickle with my 30 day warranty period as stated within the Consumer Rights Act 2015 of my purchase contract of the retailer and a phone that’s not been sealed correctly!! Very unprofessional OnePlus and completely incompetent. Astounding !! In this day and age

WARNING: OFFICIAL ONEPLUS SERVICE CENTER IN POLAND SCAMS NON-WARRANTY CUSTOMERS! Ich bin extrem enttäuscht, da OnePlus offenbar mit betrügerischen "Service Providern" für Reparaturen zusammenarbeitet. Ich habe am Dienstag den 14.12. ein OnePlus 3T an das Oneplus Service Center "CTDI" in Polen versandt um den Akku tauschen zu lassen. Kurz nachdem das UPS Paket heute dort ankam erhielt ich ein Angebot über den Akkutasuch sowie den Austausch des Displays für über 100 EUR sowie ein Bild aus dem ein 3T seitlich mit aufgesprungenem display zu sehen ist. (keine Ahnung ob es sich tatsächlich um das eingesendete Smartphone handelt).Ich habe das Handy ohne jeglichen Display-Schaden versandt. Nur der Akku hatte seine Lebensdauer überschritten - Das Handy lief ansonsten tip top. Ich habe das Handy beim Versand wirklich fast schon "exzessiv" eingepackt um Transportschäden zu vermeiden. Es war in Luftpolster-Folie eingewickelt und dann in große Luft-Kissen gewickelt und darin verklebt. Im Karton weitere Luftkissen und final aufgefüllt mit verknüllten Küchentüchern. In keinem - selbst UPS berücksichtigendem - Szenario kann beim Transport das Display in der auf dem Foto gezeigten Form aus dem Gehäuse gesprungen sein. (Versand lief auch reibungslos in <48h von München nach Polen) Für mich ist klar: Dieses CTDI beschädigt absichtlich Geräte die keine Garantieabdeckung mehr haben um aufwendigere und höherpreisige Reparaturen zu verkaufen. FINGER WEG!!! LIEBER BEIM HANDY-SHOP NEBENAN EINEN NICHT ORIGINALEN AKKU VERBAUEN LASSEN ALS SICH AUF DIESEN LADEN EINZULASSEN! ENGLISH: I am deeply dissapointed in the fact that OnePlus seems to work with fraudulent "service providers". I sent in a OnePlus 3T to "CTDI" get the weakened battery fixed. Soon after arrival today, I received an offer to change the battery and the display for over 100 EUR and a picture showing a 3T from the side with a popped screen (no way to know if this is actually my phone).I sent in the phone without any damage to the display. Only the battery had an issue. The phone was wrapped excessively to prevent any kind of transportation damage.It was wrapped in bubble foil and the package was filled with air-bags and additional paper towels. There is no way in hell the screen was popped open during the fast (less than 48h) from Munich to Poland. To me it is obvious that CTDI damages non-warranty items on purpose to sell higher cost service and scam innocent OnePlus customers. HANDS OFF!!! RATHER HAVE A CHEAP BATTERY BUILT IN BY YOUR NEXT DOOR PHONE SHOP THAN RISKING THIS KIND OF SCAM BY AN "OFFICIAL" ONEPLUS SERVICE CENTER

I am not at all satisfied with one plus earphone . The product is not at all good it just started with damaged internally within 6 months and the customer care services are also not taking it in warrenty .. they said its a physical damage but the earphone are not working from inside itself and it's more than a 6 months so how to handle the earphone ? It will definitely look like the handling problem and physical damage and service center is just blaming customer and not taking my complaint ... I want my earphones replaced by the new one.very much dispointment I had got from Thane one plus service center

Terrible customer service, not willing to go the extra mile

I wanted to buy a Oneplus 9 pro during the black Friday deals.So I logged into my account, put the phone in my basket added my extra discount and I was ready to go, all good so far.I got called away from my computer when I got back at my computer I was not able to place the order anymore and had to start all over again, no problem this can happen.So I place the order again and I wanted to add my extra discount that I had but now I got a error saying the voucher has been used already.So I contacted customer service I had spoken with Nickname "Henry Smiths" which toke ages to respond and provided 0 support, after more then a hour in the chat the black Friday deals became to a end. So support said, best thing to do is wait for another offer we cant help you with this.I was just stunned with this type of response/support.I had bought 2 other phones with them over they years.Its such a pity, because the phones are really good and the last very long.But their customer service/ resolution to think outside their box is just beyond.They should setup a native English speaking company in Europe instead having a support desk that needs Google translate.Ps, this has noting to do with discrimination or racism, its just shows during the chats they are not listening or not understanding the questions or the support a person wants. And just given wrong or not relevant information back.Oneplus, if you want to loose another customer please dont reply to my message.If you want to keep your customer, come back to me with a proper resolution.Thanks.
